The Beginning

CHAPTER 43

The fire was on the trees. A lot of arrows were flying towards Rivendell. Dead bodies of orcs and elves were on the ground.

I was in my bedroom, with my sword on my hand and Gandalf and Arwen were with me. We were hearing some screamings and I could hear Dalius's voice. It looked he was closer but he was outside.

Legolas, my father and Thranduil were outside fighting meanwhile my mother was with Lúthien trying to find a way out.

Suddenly, it appeared a big noise because of an explosion. We saw some trees flying. I looked close in the balcony and there he was...

Dalius with big mad eyes looking at me between the fire and blood.

"I am going to catch you!" he said. 
Some guards from Rivendell tried to stop him but they couldn't. I was terrified. I never saw Dalius with such powers.

Legolas was fighting with some orcs, looking at Dalius.

My mother arrived to my bedroom. 

"Gandalf, we have evrything and we found a secret door. We must leave" she said.

Gandalf was saying things I didn't get to listen but I saw my mother taking out from my wardrove some clothes.

"Where are we going? I can't leave Legolas here" I said.

"It's Legolas'decision. He said you must leave and stay safe" she said.

"I'm coming with you" Arwen said and Aragorn came into the door.

"Aragorn and Gandalf will protect you and they will take you to a safe place. Lúthien and I have to go to Mirkwood" she said. "We need more guards".

I heard a lot of acreaming voices and opne of them was from Dalius. 

I went back to the balcony and saw him there, killing a guard that always goes with Thranduil. 

Legolas was running towards him to kill him. 

Dalius stabbed Legolas with his sword. 

I watched him bleeding and falling to the ground.

I was shocked. 

Gandalf took my arm and we left.

I couldn't believe Legolas was dead.

I couldn't believe I wouldn't see him never again.
