Harry POV"Harry, I wasn't interested in what you had to say about him a days ago, so I'm still not interested today," Niall groans in annoyance. I huff, and sit up from the couch, "Well Gemma's not going to want to hear about my thoughts on her own brother, so you're my next option," I explain, realizing how lame that sounds. I really need to find some more friends. Maybe Zayn's party tonight will give me that opportunity.
"Well, I hate to leave so soon, but I should start getting ready for tonight," I say, only as an excuse to leave. I love Niall to pieces, but sometimes I just need to be alone, and the party won't allow me to do so.
"Alright, see you tonight! I'll pick you up at seven!" He announces throughout the apartment. I mumble an, "okay," highly doubting that he can actually hear it.
I drive the familiar lonely drive home, although, it doesn't seem as lonely when a familiar feathery haired lad with blue eyes which resemble the ocean continues to appear in my head. I try to ignore it at first, but after several attempts, I just decide that it's time to accept that my brain doesn't want to think about anything other than Louis. You know what they say: The first step to recovery is acceptance.
I'm not sure what it is, but Louis is like my drug. Always has been. Everything about him I seem to get attached to. Whether it be the smile that everyone falls in love with at first glance, or maybe his high, feminine voice. It's the small things that make Louis Tomlinson something great.
It's funny. I've always known that I loved him, but as a kid I always assumed that it was because of how lovely and polite he was to me. Sure, that's all correct, but as I started to grow up, and Louis would tease me more, I still found myself fonding over the lad. That's when I realized that it was something deeper than a childhood crush.
*flashback*
"Haz! What's up little man?" Louis announces through the house, dropping his backpack and leaving Gemma and Liam's side to join me at the kitchen table.
I shrug, and turn my attention away from my school books, "Only studying, nothing too exciting," I say shyly. I'm not sure why, but whenever I have a conversation with Louis, I feel butterflies starting to arise inside of my stomach.
Louis nods, and stands up from the seat next to mine. I immediately feel a loss in my heart by his action, "Alright, then I'll leave you to it. Don't want to be interrupting your studies," he winks, and pats my shoulder before joining his friends.
I bite my lip, and smile at the small gesture.
*end of flashback*
I open the door to my apartment, and head straight towards the bathroom, in desperate need for a shower.
I turn the faucet, and watch as the water droplets pour from the shower head. I wait patiently for the water to heat up, which doesn't take too long. I step into the steamy shower, and pour a glob of shampoo into my left palm, rubbing in into both of my hands. Once I lather it into my curls, I rinse out the suds, and then grab a cloth for my body wash.
