Chapter Three - The Truth

Jeremy's POV

I started to explain what happened to Athena, when I was speaking to Lenny, my voice was shaky the whole time, I was speaking. This was the last thing I need is to finally have a sister and lose her in just a blink of an eye.

Lenny was looking over Athena not touching her but using his gift. His gift was to come to the source of pain without having to touch a patient or speak to them, Lenny was quiet while he looked over Athena this was all different, his expression was un-easy and just so un-common for him.

"Help me lift this hoodie off her please" Lenny said, "How about we just cut it off of her, instead of causing her more pain" I suggested to Lenny and he nodded, I carefully used a pair of scissors  to cut the hoodie off of her body, "Grandfather told me that she was abused, but we don't know the extent of it" I told Lenny and he gave me a half smile. After we cut the hoodie from her, it revealed the extent of her wounds; anger rose within my body; I felt Possessive for someone I hardly knew.

The thought of losing my little sister already was unbearable, I didn't know her well but yet I couldn't lose her, she might be a stranger but she was my little sister. I watched as Lenny looked over Athena and there was a growl that came from the door way, my head snapped in that direction of the door to see Kayden. The pain she must have went through, the pain she must feel. 

'We must kill him' Axel my wolf said, I knew for a fact who did this, I was plotting in my head; ways to kill this man whom is my father, I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard Lenny call for me 

"What is it Lenny" I whispered. I heard Lenny swallow hard, fear and disgusted flicked through his eyes.

"Alpha Jeremy, she's in a lot of pain. She's so badly beaten, I have no idea how she withheld the type of pains he is in. I don't know how to say this, but the abuse wasn't just physical, it was emotional but there is also another issue and I don't want to say this." he whispered, rage filled my veins, I wanted blood and the blood I want is my fathers.

"how many years" growled Kayden from behind me, my body began to shake in rage. "what is it Lenny, spit it out" I growled in rage, Lenny took a step back "She has vampire bites all of her, she's covered in them. I can't imagine the physical abuse she's endured from the vampire"

"Many years" Lenny said to kayden answering his question and I lost it, my wolf took over punching the wall over and over again. "I'll kill him" Kayden and I growled together, my grandfather came rushing in.

"what happened" he hissed seeing the holes in the wall

"He's either a vampire or he's let those scum near her! She's covered in vampire bites, the abuse from a vampire should've killed her!" I roared, slamming my hands against the table over and over again.

"I'll kill him" Kayden roared

"Why the fuck do you care? All you care about is getting some" I growled taking my anger out on him "Because she's my mate!" he hissed.

"You will stay away from my sister!" I growled with rage, Kayden will not be touching my sister. "you're nothing but a whore, you'll ruin my sister!" I yelled in rage.

"Just stop!" someone yelled from the door way, I looked to see Whitney

"Both of you get out and stay away from each other, I'll look after her now get out!" She hissed pointing to the door as she stepped towards my sister. I growled and stormed out of the room.
