Last time I met Liam Payne was by coincidence really, when we both found ourselves in London for christmas shopping. We were supposed to meet up at a New Years party that I was about to go to and exchanged numbers, but I never went there. Why? Because I was the simple, boring and sad soul I was.

The phone call ended sooner than I thought, when Liam himself invited us as he got the news of us being in Las Vegas, currently on a road trip. And I couldn't believe he actually invited us, when I found myself two hours later at my usual spot on the plane, pressed against my seat looking out the window, trying to calm myself down.

''Is he seriously scared of flying?'', I heard the annoying voice speak but I tried not to bother.

''He is!'', Louis then lightly laughed beside me.

''So he had guts to join the army, but don't have guts so fly in a plane?'', Amber continued.

''That's what I'm saying, every time!'', Louis agreed and I rolled my eyes.

''I am right next to you'', I informed them, in case they had forgotten.

''Oh we know, we are just joking around'', Louis chuckled before he patted my knee, ''only half of the time left, love'', he smiled as I turned to face him, ''Want me to buy you a whiskey to calm your nerves?'', he then joked and I slightly pushed him away making him laugh.

''If you're buying anything, buy beer for all of us''.

I didn't truly think he would actually do it, but he did. I never believed in that alcohol would help me relax on a plane, since I knew that no matter how afraid I was of something, nothing would ever calm me down completely. Definitely not now, after everything that happened and the fact that we had a maffia gang after us because of this dumb blonde that was still with us. But surprisingly, I felt quite relaxed after two beers. And I was pretty sure it was mostly because of the company. Bella would be happy about this, I was indeed surviving with Louis and Amber.

We all felt loosened up a bit as we stepped out of the plane. The colder breeze didn't bother us until we got inside a taxi, feeling the temperature difference.

''We need to buy clothes, since everything got basically burned down'', Amber pointed out, ''And make up, and phone charger, and all'', she continued, ''And food! That bastards burned down my favorite chips!''.

''I'm sure they are available in some market nearby'', I assured.

''They don't! That's the point! They are only in Las Vegas!'', she whined and I rolled my eyes at her, letting Louis take over to calm her down in the backseat.

For the next 20 minutes, I didn't speak. It wasn't like I was annoyed of anything, I just didn't speak. I enjoyed listening to Louis and Amber flirting and the next second arguing with each other. It didn't bother me, which surprised me since it always did before. By the time the taxi driver turned into a calm neighborhood, basically in the woods, I had my phone in my hands, texting the girl I wished was still with us on this trip.

We're okay, don't watch the news. We are in Salt Lake City, Utah visiting a old friend. Wish u were here, H.

Bella was definitely something, and I missed her. It had only been like five hours since we left her on the airport, but we were already so far away from her and it felt like for every more mile that was between us, then I had one more reason to miss her. She was something, and I couldn't describe what.

''Sir, this is it'', the driver spoke to me as he realized that he wouldn't get noticed by the two lovebirds in the backseat behind us.

I turned to face him and gave him a thankful smile before paying him and opening the door. It wasn't until then Louis realized that we had arrived, and pulled Amber out of the car. We all kind of froze as we began observing and view the big mansion in front of us.
