Before the club, Vince and I spent half an hour eating in McDonald's for some reason. He said we should eat before getting drunk but I could feel another meaning behind his words. It was also kind of strange since we were dressed so formally. Me in a tight black dress and him in jeans, a white dress shirt, a maroon tie, and a black vest.
The club was dark. It was also really, really hot. As soon as I stepped in, sweat started trickling down my hairline.
As usual, there were busty women sliding up and down the bodies of random, perverted men. A few groups chilled in these stylish black and purple booths like VIP.
"Welcome to Midnight Moon." I scowled at Vince.
"What kind of idiot name is that?"
"This place gets wild around midnight and on full moons, psycotic. It's why I love this place."
"Hey, Vince." A sultry voice slurred out. We both whirled around to face a big-boobed brunette. Her hair was extremely long, reaching just below her butt and her olive skin glowed immensely under the club's light.
"Oh, hey, Sara." Vince cooly spoke before glancing between the two of us. "Eris, this is Saraphina. Sara, this is Eris." Sara sipped her liquor and smiled at me.
"Hi. I like your dress." I glanced down at my too tight outfit and plastered on a smile.
"Thanks."
"Your welcome." Her eyes fell back on Vince and she began playing with his red tie. "It's nice seeing you again, Vince. If you need me, I'll be in the back." She placed a soft kiss against his cheek and shashayed away.
"Who's she?" He smirked, not looking at me.
"Why, you jealous?" I scoffed.
"I only wanted to know who she was to you." Vince chuckled.
"Her boyfriend owns the club." Boyfriend?
"Her boyfriend let's her act like that with other guys?"
Vince shrugged. "They've got an open relationship. Come on."
I followed him over to the fancy bar where a young woman was handing out drinks. Vince leaned against the counter with a genuine smile.
"Eris, I'd like you to meet, Vittoria." The bartender glanced up and looked at me.
"Vita! Hit me again." A gruff man shouted. Vittoria spun around to the drinks behind her, short, purple locks flew around her face.
Professionally, she served up the man's drink and turned back to us. "How's it going?"
"Great. I'll take my regular." She immediately got to work.
"Regular? You come here often-don't you?" The liar faced me.
"Was that a pickup-line?" Pickup-line? Wait-nevermind...
"Here you go, buddy." The glass was slid over to him and Vince drank greedily.
"Why are we here, Vince."
"I wanted you to meet my friends. Isn't that how it works. Introduce your girlfriend to your friends and family."
"I'm not your girlfriend!" Vince rolled his eyes. "You're too old for me, anyways."
He frowned.
"I'm only twenty-one."
"Exactly. How did you even get into my high school?"
"My good looks and computer hacking." I showcased a blank stare.
"Follow me, Rosey." With a grumble, I did. I wanted so badly to march right out of this place and call for help but most of these 'partiers' looked like dangerous assassin's.
