What's left...

As I walked down the hallway I noticed every now and then other doorways blocked off by wood. I broke a few to only see they were unoccupied. It was weird seeing the cells that could be so easily broken, but it also made a bit of sense. This place was a test Nate set up for me and now I had to complete it. Whatever this is.
I mean the hallway just kept going on and on with no sign of stopping. I couldn't even see the end of the hallway because it would go around corners or up, maybe down if it was getting too high.
It was also dead quiet. No peppy Minecraft music, no footsteps or any squeals of animals. God this felt weird. Silence wasn't my thing, but that's what I heard. I ended up humming to myself, which only made me even more uneasy. I stopped after one song.
Maybe I should have gone right, I mean maybe it would have actually ended if I did. But no, I kept on walking the way I choose.  Maybe, just maybe, I would find someone else. Someone to help me, give me information or just talk to. I hated being alone. I hated everything around here. The stupid netherbrick walls.
Wait, what? Netherbrick?
I placed my hand upon the wall. It wasn't stone brick like it was before. What the hell is going on? How did I not fucking notice this? It is such a different color yet I didn't even know when it changed color.
Mind games. Nate is messing with me and he loves it. He's making me feel scared, trying to stop me from saving him, from whatever he plans to do.
"Excuse me..." said a voice behind me I remembered. A voice that I couldn't forget that made me laugh as I turned around.
Oh how familiar faces make someone happy.
