Luke, Kristan, and Destiny walked into the room to see Zachary in the hospital bed. He was bruised and battered. Luke wanted to cry and go find Carlos and John and pay for what they did to Zachary. Zachary meant the world to Luke. He was a brother to him. He didn't want to see his brother in pain and hurting just because of his problems. It's my fault. It's all my fault your like this. If it wasn't for me being a coward and not fighting my own problems you wouldn't be like this Zachary. Luke said. No it's not your fault. It's no ones fault in this room. It's Carlos's and John's fault. They are the ones that did this to me not you. Zachary said. But if you wouldn't have worried about me, or tried to fight my problems for me, you wouldn't be like this. Luke said crying. I wanted to protect you. I put myself out there because I wanted to. I care for you Luke and didn't like what they were saying about you, so I stepped up like a brother or friend should and I did what I had to do. I love you too much to let you be hurt Luke. Zachary said. I love you too, Zachary. Thank you for everything Zachary. I sorry this happened to you. Luke replied. Don't be sorry. Zachary said. Luke went over to Zachary to give him a hug. Kristan gave Zachary a kiss and a hug. Kristan then sat next to him in the chair and they started talking. Luke told them that he and Destiny were going to leave y'all alone for a bit. Kristan and Zachary both said ok. So Destiny and Luke headed to the Gift Shop to get something for Zachary to keep his spirits lifted. They went into the Gift Shop and bought a balloon and a teddy bear with a card that's says get better soon. They also got him something to eat. After all that Destiny wanted to talk to Luke in private. Luke I know this is hard for you to see your best friend, your brother in pain, in the hospital, and bruised and battered. I just want you to know that everything is going to be ok and he's going to get better and will be back to normal soon. Destiny said. This is why I love you Destiny! Luke said smiling. I love you too. Now let's get back to Zachary's room and see how he's doing. Destiny said. Luke had one last thought, Why Him, Why Not Me?
