Story 44: The Witch And The Assassin Part 1

You may be Wondering what happen on the very first part of "Story 38: Welcome Back" well what i about to tell you guys is the mission of Jay And Mae before Ralph and Kageyama's mission started.

"Jay! Are you ready??" Mae asked wearing her bag around her Shoulder and her staff on her back wearing her blue witch hat. "Do i need to answer??" Asked Jay wearing his backpack and his white hood and tight gloves. "You could've said yes or no.." said Mae smiling. Jay chuckled. "Then Yes! Let's go!!" Yelled jay then he rushes towards outside the guild along with Mae. "Good luck You two!" Yelled Camu from the rooftop of the guild.

On the road towards The ruins of Moonwalk city, jay asked. "What's our mission anyway, Mae??" Asked jay looking around the field of grass on the ground. "Well... remember that you lost your Dagger on the battle with the Armoured god?? Looks like I've found a mission that's perfect for you.." said Mae giving Jay the details of the mission on a sheet of paper, jay took the paper and read the details. "The lost daggers on the Ruins of Moonwalk city??" Jay asked a little curious. "Nora said that those daggers are magical you don't have to use it as a melee weapon..but also as a long range type like they are some kind of Kunai...magical kunai i think.." said the witch. "Cool.. then Let's get there before the sunsets!" Said Jay running towards the ruins. "He doesn't know that we're not close enough to the city.." said Mae shaking her head whils still walking.

After a few hours of walking, the sun already sets and they have no choice but to camp outside. "I told you we should've taken the horses" said Mae to jay a little angry. Jay chuckled scratching the back of his head. "i thought We could use the exercise ...i mean look at ardnaxela she has the nice body and everything especially those bo-" jay covered his mouth with his hand and was surprised that he's about to say something inappropriate. mae eyes widen then raise an eyebrow. "Boobs??" Mae narrowed her eyes at him then crossed her arms. "You have guts saying that infront of me!" Said Mae. Jay remembered that Mae has flat boobs, he smiled awkwardly then looked away. "what are we talking about again?? Oh right sleeping ,I'm gonna sleep now, good night!" Jay then lay down on his sleeping bag and pretended to sleep. "It's six in the evening... " said Mae a little annoyed but Jay ignored her and pretended to snore. Mae glared at him then sighed. "Fine.." she said then she lay down on her sleeping bag and also closed her eyes and tries to sleep.

On the next day they've managed to reached the ruins without breaking a sweat. "Finally! So Where's the Dagger??" Asked jay. Mae read the details on the paper. "Underground..but The ruins are the homeland of the Centaurs they're guarding the ruins from humans so it's gonna be hard for-" mae was surprised that they're already surrounded by Centaurs. "Us.." she said. The Centaurs glread at them and stomp their hoofs on the ground. "Mae..tell me that they're friendly.." said Jay taking a step back to the witch. "Umm..Are you guys friendly??" Asked Mae. The Centaurs stomp their hoofs again. "Humans do not belong in this lands so leave now!" Said the Centaur warchief. "Not without my dagger!" Said Jay he hold Mae's arm then threw a smoke bomb on the ground the Centaurs gasped then took a step back. "Intruders on our land!" Yelled a centaur. Jay and Mae escaped on the rear and rushes to a broken building. "You're crazy Jay! We're no match to those beasts! Even my magic isn't enough!" Said Mae. Jay looked around and then to her. "Which is why we need to find the underground lair, do you know where is it??" Jay asked. Mae read the paper and nodded. "There! across the road! " mae pointed to the huge broken building on the other side of the road. "Then Let's get going!"" Jay yelled then he rushed off but knocked off by a wooden mace. "Not so fast!" Yelled a Centaur. Mae gasped then she took out her staff then pointed it to the Centaur. "Drop it or he goes!" Said the centaur stepping on Jay's head. Mae grips her staff then noticed that she's already surrounded by a group of Centaurs. "Dammit!" Mae exclaimed then she threw her staff on the ground. "Get them!" Yelled the centaur warchief. The centaur that knocked jay in his head carried him to their cave, Mae glared at the Centaurs and grabbed her arms. "Let's go Human!" Said the Centaurs that's gripping her arm tight. "Jay... Wake up.." mae thought in her hoping that jay would wake up before the Centaurs can take them to their cave. Jay tries to open his eyes then saw that their being carried by the Centaurs. "Wha-.. Tsk!" Jay exclaimed but saw the centaur's wooden mace. He smirked then he took the mace, the centaur was surprised then jay knocked off the centaur's eyes with the mace causing to fell and drop him. "Jay!" Mae shouted. The other Centaurs was surprised. "Get him!" Said the warchief. Jay quickly stood up. "Hang on! I'm coming back for you mae!" Said jay rushing to where the underground lair is at, the Centaurs rushes to jay but jay threw some smoke bombs to them. "Ah!" They've exclaimed. Jay laughed then saw a door on the floor of the broken building. "This must be it.." jay said as he opened the door and got down towards it.

"Er, Looks like he left you here!" Said the warchief to Mae. "I don't mind, I can take care of myself anyway.." said Mae looking at the Centaurs. "Looks like we're having a witch for dinner tonight..." said a centaur to the warchief. The centaur warchief smiled at Mae. The witch glared at them and clenched her fist. "Hurry you goddamn Assassin!" Mae yelled in her mind.
