The long list of chores seemed almost unbearable when it was presented to [First]. It was a long list with tiny print, giving it enough room to write as many ridiculous commands, one getting worse and worse than the last. The parchment was almost to her height if she calculated correctly.

The Duchess looked quite pleased at the sight of [First]'s bewilderment. "Do these chores before we get back from the saloon. If you finish this, than you can go with us." She gave her sharp look toward her stepdaughter. The poor girl could only manage a tiny nod.

Iris and Iona giggled greedily as they walked away to the carriage. The Duchess walked away, giving her one more look before slamming the door. [First] waited for them to disappear before she let out an agonizing howl. Gepetto poked his head out from the little pocket of her apron.

How was she going to finish all of this? The list seemed a bit ridiculous when she read it. Beat the fishes ten times before cooking, read the horses a story... The list seemed to become more and more nonsensical than the last order. She sighed, but bearer with it. The only thing that had made sense I'm the bottom at the list was make her own dress.

[First] rolled her sleeves up and looked at Gepetto. "These chores aren't going to go away by itself is it?" She asked as she tied her hair back. The other mice had scurried out of their home and watched as she took out a sponge and began cleaning the floors.

The mice had looked at one another until one began to squeak, giving out orders to certain mice and all walked away, making [First] curious at what they were about to do, but continued one with her work as she scrubbed at the dirty floor, humming.

The time had gone quickly and [First] had only finished the thirty of the many tasks. Accepting the fact that she won't get to see Oikawa, she slowed down and continued one to the next task... But only to find the dishes cleaned and waxed as it had said on the list.

She then went to the next task and the next until she realize they were all done except feeding Luciano. As she went to go make his food, she noticed the smaller mice looking at her. She didn't need to put two and two together to know the mice had done this.

Gepetto ran up to her and tugged at the fabric the low hanging maid's dress she wears almost every day. He swollen hands picked up Gepetto as made commands to turn this way and that until they finally reached her room to see a beautiful [F/C] dress. Words were in no need to exchanged as she kissed the top of each mouse and looking at the dress.

"Oh! I can meet Oikawa. Thank you so much! I don't know what I could do without you guys!" She squealed as she hugged the dress tightly. It was weaved with flowers from the garden and threads and ribbons were attached to the waistline of the dress, giving it a more elegant look.

This had caused her confident to boost up slightly and she fed Luciano before fitting into her dress. It had taken thirty minutes for the Duchess and her Dreaded Druellas to come back and were absolutely surprised by the sight of the spotless home. Footsteps were heard and [First] stepped down.

The dress had looked even better than Iona and Iris's, but they had too much pride to admit it. As she stepped down, the Duchess had moved and circled [First]. "Where did you get the dress, [First]?"

"It was in the back if my closet. I made it a few months ago and was going to use it for as another cleaning dress, but-"

Iris's scream had interrupted her. "Is that my hairband?! Give it to me!" Her skinny fingers grasped at the [F/C] colored headband that had wound around her hair. This caused Iona to become encouraged also.
