"Kenma-kun and [First]-chan are at it again." Haiba said to the tall volleyball captain. Kuroo stared at the video addicted couple that had been sitting on the bench, the boy playing the game and his patient girlfriend resting her chin on his shoulder as she watched him skillfully slay the monsters.
Maybe he shouldn't have paired Kenma up with his cousin. Those two rarely looked up. The only activity they focus on other than games was volleyball. Sure, shool work is always a priority, but they always seem to finish it in class so they have the oppertunity to play games or watch anime.
"Kenma." [First] said calmly. "Can I play?" Kenma seemed to tense up lightly. He stared at the first year who had a bored look on her face. He felt a little unsure about handing his game console to her, but what type of boyfriend would he be if he refused?
He nodded and handed it to her. Then girl practically lit up and started to kill each monster with only one swipe. Of course, this caught Kenma's attention. It always took him more than one try to kill each of those Level 8 Dungeon Dwellers. [First] seemed to get a hang of it.
It was Kenma's turn to lay his head on her shoulder and watch her play. She didn't even seem to stop and think about the boy who was leaning his chest to her back. Most girls would react, blushing or even becoming flustered, but [First] wasn't like the girls at all. She was one of a kind, as Kuroo had said.
"How are you doing that?" He asked. [First] didn't even glance at him to speak.
"Aim for the legs. Week point is the Achilles Heel." She replied half heartedly. Kenma leaned a bit closer. His girlfriend frowned. "Kozume-kun, you're hurting my shoulder." Kenma lifted his head slightly, to keep the pressure off her shoulder.
"Instead of just sitting and playing on the bench," Kuroo said. "Why not, you know, go on a date?" [First] gave her cousin a cold look. Even if she was dating Kenma, she was very awkward when it came to romantic stuff. Holding hands, going on dates. Hell, the two never even shared a kiss.
The occasional kiss on the cheek or head came from Kenma. [First] was too shy to even return it. Kuroo and some of the volleyball players thought it was cute.
"Tetsu-nii." She warned, a slight whine in the voice. As children, her parents and even Kuroo himself has always told her to call her cousin in brother like terms. Not that she minded, but the volleyball team had thought she was his sister when she came to a volleyball tournament. When she replied with "Nii-san" or "Onii-chan", she confused others when she had told them they were only cousins.
"Come on, [First]-chan," Haiba said. "Its just a date." He yelped when he felt a pebble being thrown at his forehead. [First] narrowed her eyes menacingly. Of course, let that be a warning for him. She could have thrown her textbook at him.
"I do have to go to the game store." Kenma stated quietly. "Wanna come? You kept telling me you were saving up for some horror game, right?" [First] groaned inwardly. He was in on it, too? She thought for a minute before sighing.
"Fine."
~*~
[First] regretted saying fine. She glared at the girls who bombarded her boyfriend. She was never one to become jealous, but she was now and she never knows how to deal with it. She huffed and looked away, going back to getting her game.
At least I still have my games, She thought bitterly. After paying, she went to the area and only a few feet away, she heard questions.
"You're a volleyball player? So am I!"
"What game are you playing?"
"Do you have a girlfriend?"
Kenma didn't even glance at them. He wanted to say something, but he was never type to even attempt to converse with others. The only person he talked to willingly was [First] (along with Kuroo) and she rarely ever spoke.
Said person walked up to him and tapped his shoulder. He looked up to see her and all she received from his fans were glares. A few even said something degrading about her.
"Rude. She can't just barge in like that."
"Ugh. Look at her clothes." Why does this sound like Mean Girls all of a sudden? [First] thought.
"Ew. She's an otaku."
[First] glanced down at her Shingeki no Kyojin shirt. Almost every student in Nekoma had a shirt similar to her's. If not, it's always Ao no Exorcist or Naruto or something of the sort. She looked at Kenma and shrugged. He pushed himself off from where he sat and walked up to her.
He kissed the side of her head, making a few girls gape at them. He took her hand and walked off. "You know you didn't have to do that." [First] replied.
"But I wanted to." Kenma countered. "Besides, I've been wanting to do that for a while."
"What?"
"Make you jealous."
"..."
"..."
"You're so weird." [First] said. Kenma only smiled at the comment. She felt his hand detach from her own and his arm slid around her ahoulders. Her face burned as they continued on with their walk at the mall.

Extended Ending:
"TETSU-NII! TELL KOZUME-KUN TO GIVE ME BACK MY PHONE!" Kuroo stared in shock at his younger cousin's sudden outburst, who attempted to grab the phone from her boyfriend's hands. For once Kenma felt good to know he was taller than somebody.
"Its punishment." Kenma states.
"For what?!"
"You were talking to other guys."
"SINCE WHEN DID YOU TURN INTO A YANDERE, KOZUME-KUN?!"

I gotta admit, that was super cute. But not cute enough. Anyways, this goes out to mirdiniram01 who wouldn't stop bugging me about Kenma when we were in PE together. And no, I will not watch that anime you tried to convince me to watch, Rhythm.
I hope you like this one shot. Anyways, requests are going to be closed for a few days because of a four to five part special I plan to make. Don't hate me.
