        "I'm coming." I repeat myself.
Eria nods her head and pushes open another door. "Pick a horse. It'd be easier than walking on foot." She goes right to a white one and begins to saddle it up.

I bite down on my bottom lip and stay by the door.

She turns to look at me. "What is it?"

"I don't like horses..." I mumble.

She looks at her horse and then back to me and frowns. "How not? They're really sweet." To make a point she begins petting the horse's nose.

I shake my head. "But they're like huge... if they sit on you, you can die... or like... bite your hand off." I shiver a little just at the thought of it.

Eria laughs and goes deeper into the stables. She walks out leading a brown colored horse.

"Here, this is Midnight. He's really sweet. He wouldn't even hurt a fly... just come and pet him."

She holds out her hand.
I walk over slowly to her and try not to give in to the fact that I'm standing right in front of something that can kill me.

"Come on, don't be scared." Eria takes my hand.

"I'm not..." I lie.
She rolls her eyes and puts my hand on Midnight's nose.
"See, he's really calm." She begins to move my hand in up and down motions over his nose.

I nod slowly. "Yeah..."

"Come on, we have to hurry before we get caught."

I take the reins from her. "Alright. Then let's go."

Eria smiles at me and proceeds to walk towards her horse. She gets up on it expertly and holds onto the reins.

"Do you need some help?" she asks.

I shake my head and put my foot into one of the loops. "No, I'm fine."

Eria watches me for a few seconds before I feel her hands on my waist, trying to push me up onto the horse.

"There, how's that?" she asks while holding the reins.

I nod. "It's fine... everything's fine, Eria. Let's just go."

She looks at me for a few more seconds before going back to her horse and climbing back on top of it.

"Just follow me. I know where I'm going." She clicked her tongue and her horse started walking.

"Come on, Midnight." She turns her head to looks at me and clicks her tongue again.

"Whoa..." I hold onto the reins tighter as the horse beneath me starts to move.

"Just stay calm, Rose." Eria says.

I nod again. "I am calm." I tell her.

She laughs a little and hits her reins a little against her horse's back and sets off into a run.

Midnight starts to run after Eria's horse.

All I do is hold onto the reins tighter as to not fall off.

Eria's P.O.V

Maybe she wasn't so bad after all. I mean, besides not really knowing anything here in this world, she wasn't all that annoying.

If it wasn't under this circumstance, I imagine that we might even be friends.

"You think anyone's going to find us out here?" Rose's voice breaks me out of my thoughts.
I look over at her and shake my head. "No. I don't think so."
