One Less
Your fate is sealed.
Your life has been sold.
It's only a matter of time before time runs out.
Tick tock.
There goes another second.
One less second you have left to breathe.
One less moment to cherish or despise.
One less smile or frown to give.
One less tear to shed,
In sickness or in health.
One less memory.
One less lie to tell or truth to whisper.
One less scar to collect or wound to inflict.
One less painful moment or one less joyous feeling.
Wherever your moments fell,
Whether in darkness or light,
Laughter or howls,
There's one less moment for you.
Spend that fleeting moment with purpose.
For it'll be gone forever.
You can't buy back time,
But you can live for free.
