11. Leaving Home

Omgs!! Today's the day. 'What day?' you might be asking.
TODAY'S THE DAY I LEAVE MY HOME AND GO ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO GO TO SOME UNKNOWN WIZARD SCHOOL!!!!!
I woke up early this morning to find all my things packed in 3 suitcases with a note on the top.

Dear Luna

I took the task of packing your bags for you so you have more time to say goodbye to your friends. Professor Dumbledore will fetch you at exactly 1 o'clock to transport you to England. Have all your thing ready by the Big House by this time. I hope you have a lovely day further.

It was already 10 o'clock so I only had 3 hours to say goodbye to everyone. I quickly changed into a warmer outfit and walked out side, but before I could walk even 3 steps I felt a pair of arms giving me a massive bear hug which knock all the wind out if me.

"I can't believe you're leaving. I'm going to miss you so much, sis," said a really upset Percy.

"Percy, let her go. You're go in to sufocate her" said a voice behind us, which was probably Annabeth.

Percy reluctantly let go, but I was knocked over again by Kat this time.

"I I I'm going t t to miss you s s so much. You're the only friend I ever had, " said Kat wih streams of tears coming down her face.

One by one, I said goodbye to everyone. Some with a very sad expression, others with tears falling down their faces. And then there was Grover, who wouldn't let me go until it took both Percy and Jason to pry him off of me.

By the time I said goodbye to everyone, it was 12:50. Whih gave me 10 minutes to get to the Big House. Percy and Grover helped me carry my bags. To the Big House. Everyone else was there already. Standing on the top of the stairs was an old man with a very long beard, dressed in wierd purple robes.

"You must be miss Olympus. I am Professor Dumbledore" said the man with a warm smile.

"Hello Professor. It's nice to meet you" I said, giving him a small smile.

"The pleasure is mine. Now we must hurry or Mrs Weasley will be very angry. I have asked Mrs Weasley to take care of you before the school year starts. Her son will also be starting his first year at Hogwarts so in sure you'll fit right in. Are you ready to go?" He asked.

I looked around one last time. This was my home, my family and I'm leaving. I felt my eyes water and quickly blinked back the tears.

"I'm ready" I said.

"Right. Grab your bags with one arm and grab my arm with the other. We are going to be aperating to the Weasley's." he said.

I grabbed all 3 of my bags in my right hand and took his arm in my left. Before I could say anything else, I felt a tug in my stoumach and was floating through darkness.
