3. Britain (since it was all of Britain at the time, not just England) was a 'Privateer' not a 'Pirate'. A Privateer is a private person or ship that is legalized by the government to attack foreign ships during warfare. They are similar to Pirates, just legal.
4. Romano and Italy are voiced by the same person in the Japanese version. And Canada is also voiced by the same person that voices America (also in the Japanese).
