Chapter 23

Bruce's (Batman's) POV:
I waited for maddison to get ready and dressed so we could drive up too the school and sign her up. I was a bit worried but she was 16 and could make her own choices. She got ready and we went out to get in the car. We drove off and she seemed excited about being signed up for school. "Were you ever at school?" I asked her and she looked at me and nodded. "Yeah I went for a few months maybe then Joker thought we should help him. He thought he could teach us more" She said and rolled her eyes at the thought of Joker I guess. We arrived at the school and walked in. I forgot that it was a school day so we walked into a crowded hallway.

Madison's POV:
We got in the car and I was actually really excited until Bruce mentioned school before I found him, which cause thought of the Joker and Harley. I nodded, saying yes, and rolled my eyes at the thought. We finally arrived and I was still excited until I realized it was a school day and It was crowded in the hallway we entered. I was signed up rather quickly and told to come back the next day. We went home and I read a book or two before going to sleep.
