The Sister...?

Chapter 50

Bruce's (Batman's) POV:
"Master Bruce...Should we go check on miss Madison?" Alfred said quietly like she was still here. "Alfred are you alright?" I asked. "Yes master Bruce just a slight dry throat" He said then smiled as we went back up to the manor. Alfred went to go make Lunch while I went to my study. I didn't really know what to do but I picked up a book and started reading. I read for what felt like hours but it was only half an hour from when I sat down so I closed up the book, saving the page. I looked at the clock. 2 o'clock. Must be lunch time by now. I went out to the dining room and sat down like I always do. Alfred brought my food out and I looked for Madison and finally ate. "Master Bruce, I tried to get Your sister but she would not come from her room. She said she had something to do before hand" He said obviously realizing I was looking for her. I looked up from my plate and nodded. I finished before Alfred and got up and brought my plate to the kitchen. I came back for Alfred's and insisted on taking it for him. I cleaned the dishes and pans even though Alfred insisted on doing it himself, but I told him he needed to take a break. When I was done I went to try and get Madison out. "Madds?" I knocked on the door lightly. "Bruce I will come out soon I'm busy!" She yelled back to me. "Madison please unlock the door. I am just trying to make sure your OK" I replied to her. I really did need to check on her. She has never done this before. "Bruce please just leave me alone. I will unlock it soon, I promise" She said and I could hear a....change..... in her voice. I couldn't tell what it was that caused the change. I went to Alfred and told him about how we had to open the door. Someone had to get in there and check on her. She wasn't acting normal, at least not her normal.
