Batman's (Bruce's) POV:
Madison was handed the knife and I looked into her eyes to make sure the glint wasn't there and I heard her sawing at the chains. Then I watched as Joker came in and Madison elbowed me in the shoulder. I acted passed out and went limp. The joker didn't even seem suspicious. It was very strange...something is gonna happen soon...I know it. If I only knew what so I would be ready for it.
