Chapter 39

Madison's POV:
"Bruce, we can't leave yet" I said and laughed a bit. I was really starting to go insane. I had no feelings. I wasn't Happy, I wasn't Angry, I wasn't sad, I wasn't even afraid of what was happening. I was trying so hard to control myself. "Madison!" Bruce screamed as I turned around to face Jason holding another knife towards me. He was shaking and I smiled when he tried to stab me and i cut his arm. "Jason, Just stop you are no match for me" I said smiling. I watched him look over at Bruce with fear in his eyes. For a few seconds I felt normal and quickly whispered in his ear, "Jason please Run, But please don't tell anyone, I will kill you". It was the real me for a second or so and then my insanity took over once more. He ran out the busted door and I returned to face Bruce. "Bruce, There is no stopping me." I said and he ran towards me trying to stop me. I elbowed him in between the shoulder blades, knocking him out. I satred at him at first and then I finally was able to fight off the insanity for a while. "Bruce....Oh gosh Please no...I can't lose him too!" I kneeled down and shook a bit. I checked his pulse and was relieved to know he was alive. I started crying until I heard Someone come through the busted door. Quickly I tied Bruce up to the chair and watched Joker walk in. I had to act insane again, unless my insanity took over, then there was no acting. He started clapping and smiled. "Lovely Work Madison Wayne, That is your brother is it not?" He said and laughed. I smiled "Doesn't matter who it is, It was fun catching them" I nodded and Replied. I couldn't stand this. I wanted to kill the joker but me trying to do that would cause me Pain and Death. The joker was not to be messed with. I hoped Bruce would wake soon. I noticed The chains were tight and I acted like I was tightening them, but I was loosening them so he could get free easily and fight the joker. The joker turned around before Bruce started to wake up. I quickly whispered in his ear, "Bruce, Please its the real me, I'm only acting now. I loosened the chains so you can get up on my signal. Bruce I love you and I didn't mean to hurt you". The joker turned back around. "Ah the Batman has awoken! Time to join the party Batman!" He practically yelled and then looked at me. "Oh Madison, Please come here" He said and motioned to me, smiling his evil cut out smile. I was a bit afraid ,but I had to keep up my acting. I looked at Bruce and he looked at me concerned. I walked to the joker and he grabbed my arm. "Get off" I said sounding serious, which I actually was. He laughed and let go, "Alright Alright Madison don't Freak out".
