(Kate's POV)

Little traces of sun peak through my window, the light seeming to blind my eyes. I shuffle around in my bed until I realize that I'm not alone. A delicate hand is placed on top of my arm, restricting my movement. Hesitantly, I turn to face the person who's small breaths tickle the nape of my neck. Two bright green eyes stare back at me, a light smile etching his pale pink lips.

"Thanks for staying Michael."

"Anytime Kate." He insists. We continue to lay like that for a long time, simply taking in each others presence. It's been so long since Michael held me, made me feel safe. I missed him so much, I finally knew what heartache was.

"So. Now that me and you are on good terms, would Ms. Kate want to help a dork dye his hair?" He asks, pointing at his faded red hair which had now turned into more of a light pink. I nod in agreement and pull the covers further over me. Michael leans over, giving me a tight hug. A slight knock at the door reveals Luke is awake. He slowly pushes the door open without warning, and notices me wrapped in Michael's tight embrace.

"Good morning sleeping beauty. Oh, good morning to you too Kate." Luke sneers, causing a pink pillow to be hurled in his direction by Michael. He quickly dodges it, causing a groan in defeat from the boy now getting up from my bed. Michael disappears into my bathroom, leaving me and Luke. In one swift motion, he jumps on top of me and pins me to the bed.

"Ha! I'm too strong for you!" His steady hands keep mine restricted, my anger building at the tall blonde boy. Luke let's go eventually, and plops himself next to me.

"Did you do it?"

"No! Dude what the hell?" I shove him aside, appalled that he would even ask that question.

"Hey, just asking. You guys seemed pretty close when I came in."

"I.. I had those dreams again."

"Oh. Well then I'm glad Michael was here." His voice falls silent, knowing how bad the dreams can be, considering there were days he would have to comfort me as well.

"Yep."

We sit there in silence, the only noise being our inconsistent breathing. MIchael comes back in with a towel around his waist, and one drying off his hair.

"Kate, if you wanted to I could just pull the towel off Michael." Luke whispers into my ear.

"That won't be nessicary Luke."

"Well okay. Just tryna help your lack of Vitamin Michael." He gets up from the bed, a smirk still present on his face. I swear he smirks so much sometimes I just wanna smack it off.

"You are such a lame ass!" I yell out to the hall.

"I KNOW!"

"Which color Clifford?" I ask, shuffling through the hair dye isle at a small store. He grabs a small box from the lower shelf and shows it to me. It reads Electric Blue with a crazy font on the front.

"Blue. I need something that matches how cool I am."

"How about red cause it's the opposite of cool."

"The opposite of cold is hot. Are you calling me hot Miles?" He grins, earning him a smack on the arm.

"I'm calling you a dork."

He laughs in reply, and sets the box in the basket I have in my hands. Of course, being a guy, Michael has to then walk into that section.

"Condoms? Really?"

"Not for me. For Luke and Ash. They are too p*ssy to get them on their own." I give him a light hit on the shoulder for using the P-word. He knows I hate it. I notice that Michael grabs an XXL, and an L. I can pretty much guess who's is who's, but knowing Michael, he drags on about both of the guys "sizes" all the way to the checkout. Boys.
