Dance (Part 2)

Colby leads me towards his car with the biggest smile on his face. I can't stop blushing. Even though how ridiculous that blue tux may seem, it's actually really handsome on him. I can't stop smiling. Once we arrive at school Colby takes his large hand in mine, making me really nervous. Lights start flashing from outside the school and I squeeze Colby's hand. He squeezes back, my heart starts to pound. I close my eyes as we edge closer and closer to the entrance of the school. Each step making my heart bounce higher. Colby reaches out for the door and opens it letting me go in first. I walk in saying a quick thank you. Colby and I then continue walking. We walk towards the gym. Colby places his large hand on my shoulder and looks at me.

"You ready?" He asks amusement in his voice.

I take in a shaky breath.

"Yeh." I reply.

Colby then opens the gym doors and let's me walk through first. Again. I walk inside telling him a quick thank you once again. Lights flicker everywhere and music blasts my ears. My heart starts jumping even more and I smile harder. Colby and I just stand around awkwardly until a slow song starts to play.

"May I take this dance." Colby asks me holding out his hand.

I sigh feeling my cheeks glow.

"Sure." I say back.

I take his hand in mine and we start to dance. Colby makes me feel like a princess. He always makes me feel like I'm on a cloud of never ending happiness. He makes me feel loved.
I love you Colby Brock.
But you don't know that.
And you don't love me back. I stare into Colby's ocean blue orbs and I can't help but get lost. I can't love him I'm moving. I just can't, but I have too.

"I am a lost boy from Neverland usually hangin out with Peter Pan." Colby hums softly into my ear as I wrap my arms around his neck and he slithers his hands around my waist.

Colby stops singing as we dance slowly. I smile wildly the whole time. I laugh gently when Colby spins me around. Colby smiled back his eyes smiling making him look adorable. Colby then pulled me into a hug as I started giggling. Colby and I kept on dancing and laughing till the end of the song. When the song ended I felt sad. Colby put his arm around my shoulder and I gave him a small smile in return. I then hugged his torso. I felt his heartbeat on my ear and I smiled. I closed my eyes and stayed in that position with my head resting on Colby's chest, my arms draped around his torso and Colby's arms wrapped around me. I couldn't help but wish I could stay in this position forever. Soon it was time to go. That means time for me to leave, to leave Colby. Colby drives me back home in silence. Once we get there my mom is waiting out in the driveway with our car packed. Colby opens his jeep door for me and I step out. Colby then jogs over to my mom and she leaves. Colby jogs back over to me with a serious face on. Colby searches my eyes for something. All I can reply is with I love you. Be fore I know it Colby slams his lips against mine. We pull away all to soon. I look up to see Colby crying. I feel him run his thumb over my cheek rubbing a tear away.

"I love you." He says clearly.

"I love you too." I reply.

My mom cuts us off. Before I know it my mom pulls me away from Colby and I'm pushed into the passenger side of my moms car.
