"How do I look?!?" I asked Edward as I spun in the dress I was wearing to the party.

"You may want to ask Alice she has more style than me." I laughed, " I'm guessing it's formal."

"Yeah, an May will be here to pick me up in like ten."

"May?"

"My friend who goes to school in Alaska now, she went to Folks high school."

"Yeah I know that."

"Sure you do." I rolled my eyes.

"Edward?!? Why aren't you in your suit?" Alice yelled.

"Because I'm not going to a party."

"No, your getting pictures with her. This is like her graduation from collage. Or something so get ready and be down her in five." Alice hurried off.

After about two hours of standing here and drinking with my friends I saw Embry walk in. My anger went up. What the Bell was he doing here? Than I look to the back corner of the house and see Jacob smiling. I stomp over to him.

"What are you and him doing here?" I loudly whispered.

He smiled, "I'm here for the show."

"Get him out of here. And this party is formal why are you wearing jeans?"

"Oh you want me to take them off?"

"How drunk are you." I said shaking his arm.

"The really question is how drunk are you?" He laughed.

"I'm calling Edward." I said grabbing his arm and pulling him outside.

"Hello?"

"Come get this dog, he's like really drunk."

"I told him not to."

"And you know how is here as well so come get me too."

"I thought you wanted to be with your friends?"

"They already ruined my mood."

"I'll be there in ten."

"Thanks"

After driving home I went straight to my room, no I didn't feel bad for leaving Embry at the party were he knew no one and had no ride. It made me think of Anthony.

*Flashback*

"Hurry up we will be late Lucy," he said trying to pull me along.

"But would you not like to look at the beautiful buildings? They will not be here forever." I said holding his arm so I didn't fall.

"We will come back I promise." He smiled.

We arrived at Rebecca's birthday, after a while I got bored and the guests started to leave for home.

"Anthony, may we please go home now?" I asked.

"Yeah in a bit I'm talking with Aro, we are making a deal."

"What for? And Aro from the Volturi?"

"Yes Aro from the Volturi." I went back and sat down an waited.

After a while of waiting I decided to leave on my own. I headed for Anthony's house which was only a block or two away. Of course I didn't get home safe and sound for there were men blocking my path I asked them to move when they didn't and attacked me I yelled for Anthony. He came of course but we never did get to go back and see the buildings for Anthony had died for me. I never was able to say goodbye for they took his body so no human would see.

All that was left in front of me was a small pile of ashes. Aro took me in and that's how I got to live with Aro and the Volturi.
