At that moment I started to picture life without her. My mind felt consumed with terrible thoughts. It felt overwhelming. My heart was hurting immensely, I tried to push back the tears that were threatening to fall from my eyes.

Leighton had nothing to live for, she would kill without even caring. She will kill just to get what she wants. What does she want?

Who knows.

"Fuck!" I yelled, the light was green but the god damn cars were taking too long to start driving. I aggressively slammed my hands on the horn, hoping that they would drive faster. I just needed to get to K street. That's all I cared about, I needed to go there and get her.

She doesn't need to be involved in any of this.

I just didn't understand how she could do all this while having a foot that was cut with a piece of glass, I just didn't understand her. All she had to do was just ask me up front about the video.

She doesn't trust me.

For her to confront Leighton but not even speak to me about it made me feel hurt.

But I love her, and I'd do anything for her, especially race down the road going 120 miles per hour. My mind kept racing, I was thinking about all the possible outcomes that can come from tonight.

I was praying that Lotus would protect Y/n, she always told me she would protect her with her life.
But her and Leighton were close friends at some point in time.

if it came down between the two what would she do?

"What the hell, can you drive!" I yelled, I swerved past the yellow car, flicking the driver off. I was on edge, I felt the feeling I always felt before I killed someone, I tried shaking the thoughts, trying to focus on her but it was hard.

I just need to get to her.

"He will kill you." I said, trying to convince myself more than her. She seemed like she thought about my response for a while. "Not if he knows it wasn't me, I'm gonna be there for him and he's going to get over you." She said while pointing the gun, up and down my body.

I slowly reached my hand behind my back, I grabbed the hand gun, holding it firmly behind my back. "What me and Jason have is more than you will ever have." She spat, she was getting angry, I watched her facial movements and I could tell she was getting annoyed with still seeing me breathing.

"Where is he then? If he loves you so much, why didn't he come to meet you on k street at 8?" I could tell that my words were getting to her, I watched as she kept analyzing all the words that were coming out of my mouth. "You're note was fake, and that video was fake. I'm such an idiot." I whispered to myself, I felt horrible. I didn't trust him.
