the meeting just began when the two rushed toward the door like a haphazard wind. Only god knows why from all the day's the alarm decided to break today.
"Take your sits, the meeting is beginning now" Said Akira and point to the two free chairs. The two sat so Juuzou's partner was sitting next to him and Saiko was sitting next to Mia.
"Today we will talk about our new big plan. We want to plan every single move we do before we will move towards Agiori Tree." Said Akira and with a red marker pen draw a big circle on the white board.
"This is the spot we need to get into. The problem is here" She said and with a blue marker draw little circles around the big red one.
"Ghouls protecting the area. We need to get rid of them. Any ideas?" She asked.
Haise put his hand up.
"Split up to groups when each group has its own purpose." He said.
"Good, but we can't. We don't know who will be where; we need to be more exact in order to protect our members." She said.
Hanbee put his hand up.
"And what if we send there someone who will give us more details?" He asked.
"Too much dangers." She Akira, rubbing the back of her neck.
"SORRY Associate Special Class Ghoul Investigator Akira Mado!!" He immediately apologized which made her sigh.
"Stop apologizing already" Said Saiko and kept licking her lollipop.
"Sorry Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator Saiko Yo-" – "Cut it off" – "S-sorry!!" – "Hahaha it's so funny when you get scared!" – "Senpai don't laugh at me!" – "Can you all shut the hell up?" – "Don't be so rude Kuki channn~" – "Don't make this face to me Saiko!" – "Hey give me back my candy!" – "I want it too!" – "So tell Mia to get you a candy she is your girlfriend!" – "S-Saiko! Don't say it like that!" – "But it's true!" – "Saiko get off the table!" – "I don't want to!" – "Haise get her off!" –" I'm trying she won't get off!" –" Pull harder!".
"SHUT THE HELL UP ALL OF YOU!!!" a loud voice cut them up.
The silence was as if someone died.
"Good, now can you please focus? We don't have much time before the meeting is over" She said with a sigh.
"I say we need to get from the sky!" Said Juuzou while licking his lollipop. Well, saiko's stolen one.
"This is ludicrous" Said Saiko with an angry face.
"But it can be really smart...Look if we will come from up, they won't be able to take us down. We will be able to fight with the entire group without needless moves!" Said Haise.
"Good job Juuzou!" Said Haise and Akira nodded.
"Okay, the meeting is over. Now, Mia, would you come with me for a moment? There something I need to tell you" Said Akira.
"Yes?" She asked.
"Listen, before we will do the mission, you will have to get a Quinque." She said.
"But how could i-" – "You need to ask for Juuzou to help you with this."
Mia nodded and said her good bye.
'A quinque?' Mia thought aloud when Juuzou appeared right in front of her.
"Ohhh so this what Akira was talking with you about" He said.
"Y-Yes. She said I need your help with this" she said.
"Of course! We will get you the best one!" Said Juuzou and smiled.
Mia couldn't not join him and smile too.
While eating a snack in the office where Haise and Saiko were, Mia got a massage in her phone. After reading it more than 3 times, she rushed towards the door.
"What is wrong?" Asked Haise when he noticed she was bothered with something.
"My friend is in trouble. I need to go" She said before running as fast as she could to the exiting.
Running in the busy streets of the 20 ward was pretty hard because of the fact that the hour was a busy one. She didn't even look back; she just kept running, knowing that Yui is in danger.
When she finally got to the address, she looked around to see nothing but dark. It was an empty area with high walls and metal roof.
She was breathing heavily, due to the fast & long running she just make.
"Yui!" She screamed, still the adrenalin taking its place in her veins.
"Yui!" She screamed again, this time louder.
When she heard a voice calling her name, her face dropped dead. It wasn't Yui.
She turn around to meet her boyfriend, so called Misaki.
"What have you done to Yui!?" Mia yell at him without a drop of fear. She was too angry to care about something.
"Yui? Oh you mean your dear friend which you left?" He asked with a smirk, his blue eyes were more than lying.
"Stop playing around!" She screamed.
"I'm not playing around darling, Yui is just fine, However, are you fine?" He asked and before Mia could tell, behind Miaski was standing a young lady with long blonde hair and a pair of green eyes.
When it hit Mia, she fell on her knees.
"Oh, look how poor you are" Said Misaki.
So much sorrow took its place, she could hear her one raced heartbeats.
She felt so unfortunate and miserable, she felt her heart breaking. She believed her! Yet Yui used her for her own good.
"How dare you..." Mia whispered, tears flowing down her face.
"What? I didn't heard you darling, you should raise your head when you talking with me" Said Misaki before kicking her to the wall. She hit the wall and fell down on the floor once again, this time harder.
"Ghouls like you should die" he said once again before his eyes changed into black and red shade. He took a bite from Mia's Shoulder, causing it to bleed and burn, and still, she couldn't scream. The pain she felt when she looked at Yui was bigger then the shoulder wound.
"Scream!" He said before tossing her.
She was laying on the floor, and still, she had that hope, so she tried to get up.
Misaki chuckled to her actions. He was hungry, he didn't want to waste time.
"What a shame..." An echo was heard in the corner of the room. Mia, Yui and Misaki turn around to meet two bloody pierced eyes, which were filled with so much intense heat.
"Who are you?" Asked Misaki but before he could even blink, a wave of knights were in their way to his direction.
"Fuck!" He screamed when they hit him. He took out his Kagune as well as did Yui. "Yui, go to the girl and finish her!" He said, pointing in Mia's way.
Mia was standing, one hand covering the wound, the other leaning on the wall next to her.
"Mia, it's too late. Give up" Said Yui.
"No" said Mia, when her eyes turn grey and red, and her red Kagune made their way out of her skin, creating her a weapon.
Before Yui could say something, Mia was running towards her. Yui back up but Mia managed to stab her.
"Bitch!" Yui screamed, and with her Kagune released hundreds of little sharp Kagunes. They hit Mia all at once and cause her to fly up in the air and hit her back against the selling.
Mia fell down to the ground so hard she made a hole in her body size.
When Yui made her way toward the wave of dust Mia create, Mia run into her with her Kagune pierced into Yui's body.
The hit was so strong, Mia's Kagune hit the wall behind Yui, making Yui stuck between the two.
Yui hit her with her one free leg , making her move little bit back.
Then she took her Kagune and hit Mia, but Mia's Kagune blocked the hit.
"You became a monster!" Yelled Yui, trying to hit her again.
"We are all monsters, darling" Said Mia, feeling the adrenalin racing in her body, she jumped up and hit Yui. Yui fell to the ground and before she could get up, Mia took her hands with her hands, and with her Kagune kept her in place, so she won't struggle.
"You taught me that, don't you remember? Before forgetting and hurting me!" Mia yelled and squeezing her hands, making Yui's hands bleed.
"You-" – "No! Now I'm speaking!" she yelled at her, tears coming down her face.
"I loved you as my sister, I worried about you more than you can fucking imagine! And still you are hurting me with every single way you can!!!" She yelled.
"You-You broke your promise! You swore you will be by my side no matter what! So why am I bleeding now?! Why am I crying?! Why am I hurted so much!? Why can't you see how much pain you caused me!" She couldn't describe the feelings she felt that moment. She felt so hurt and yet so strong.
"I-I'm so sorry... I was so blind... I can't... I don't want to die... please... don't kill me...I'm begging you... I don't want to be alone! I don't want to die!" She screamed, tears made their way out of her eyes.
Mia's heart somehow became more in pain, just from the look in Yui's eyes. It looked so real...
She didn't felt how her Kagune relisted Yui, as if they didn't listen to her. As if her heart was stronger than her brain.
Within One second, Yui used that moment and kicked Mia off her.
Now Yui was on Mia, and without saying one word, she started to stab her.

Mia started throw up blood.

The stiches Juuzou made were now cuts.

Her eyes were shining like diamonds.
Yui calm down, and look at Mia's eyes. They were just like the stars.
"I want to keep protecting you no matter what." She whispered before putting her four Kagune together, ready to take Mia's life away.
How funny it was. How could two best friends turn into two nightmares?

Only god knows from where Mia felt that power. Maybe it was because of Juuzou. When she turn weakly her head to his way, the look in his eyes, gave her that power to use her Kaugne to stab Yui right in the heart. Yui fly away and fell onto the cold ground.
"I...shell...grand...your...wish..." Said Mia, before cutting Yui's head off and throwing it away.
Mia was about to fall down, but Juuzou caught her just in time.
"It's fine, Mia chan~ I will take care of you~"
"So this what it all was about?"
"Jezz, I told you that thousand times, now let me take her home"
"You still can't Juuzou, she need to recover"
She woke up with the taste of coal in her mouth. Her eye leads felt so heavy, but she managed to open them. Her head and chest hurted so badly, but she couldn't pay enough attention to it.
"Mia chan is finally awake~" Said Juuzou and took her hand.
"Juuzou, wait. She is in pain" Said Akira with a glare.
Mia was in pain, but Juuzou's touch made her feel better.
Juuzou just glare at Akira and looked again at his beautiful angel who was covered in stitches and bandages.
"How do you feel?" Asked Haise, sitting next to her.
"Weak" She said, and now after opening her mouth, she could taste her own blood in there.
"You were such a hero~ Wait till we get home ~ you will get your award" He said, and when it hit Mia she blushed so hard, she forgot she was even in pain.
"What?~~ Oh I get it~ Mia chan is such a pervert~" He teased, making his face meet up with her fist.
"Here" said Akira and gave Juuzou tissue for his bleeding nose.
"Mia chan hates me!" he cried while haise was patting his head.
"Do you remember anything?" He asked.
"Yes, I remember. Where is... Yui?" Asked Mia, something in her voice sounded Worried.
"Yui now is dead, but her Kagune are still fine. We took them, and I think that it will be your quinque" Said Akira.
"Mia chan will get a new quinque!~" Said Juuzou happily tossing his hands up like a happy child.
Mia tried to get up, but fell down from the horrible pain.
"Don't" Said Haise, "You need to rest and to eat first." He explained.
"I-I don't like it here... can't I go with Juuzou? He will take a good care of me..." Mia said and blushed, maybe she only wanted to be with Juuzou alone for a bit.
"Sure" Said Akira and turn to Juuzou. She caught his shirt and said "Take-a-good-good-care-of-her. Got-it?" She said slowly, it made even Mia and Haise be scared.
"Yes mam!" He said happily.
That evening Mia and Juuzou relisted home. Juuzou took Mia on his back, since she still was hurt and her wounds didn't heal at all.
"When we get home, let's play doctor and patient~!" Juuzou suggested.
Mia smiled and nodded, "Of course" She said, and rest her head on his nape. His short black hair tickling her checks. She took a sniff and filled her body with chills, his smell is always so good...
It was her drug.
