How Could You pt.1 (Percy x reader)

A/n: you will try to commit suicide so if this does disturb you, you may skip this story. Also, part 1 is mainly backstory, so you must read it if you want to read part 2.

I can't believe it. My own sister kissed the guy I liked right in front of me! And the worst part, he kissed back. I guess I can carry on with my plans to kill myself.
Flashback:
"You should tell him before he gets swept away by someone prettier than you." Annabeth said while reading War and Peace. " I know he already likes someone, so there's no reason to tell him if he won't return the feelings." I say while walking out the door to target practice. Sometimes I like to try out a bow and arrow just to see what it would feel like to be a hunter. After about an hour, I went to the forest and took out my journal. I got to a tall tree and took some measurements, then calculated how long the rope would have to be for my neck to snap. "Y/n? What're you doing." I heard as I was climbing the tree with my rope. It was Percy! "N-nothing. I w-was ju-just...It was nothing" I said as I ran away, my cheeks bright pink. I ran to the lake and hid in the trees for about an hour. When I finally got out I heard two people talking the the arena. As I snuck over there, I could tell the people were Percy and Annabeth. What was she talking to him about? "Percy, I think we would make a great couple." "Sorry Annabeth, but I have another girl I like, even if she probably doesn't like me back. Although, I'm not sure what she was doing in the woods earlier." I gasped. Did he mean me? "Well, that's to bad. I'll just have to take you myself." Were the last words I heard before I poked my head out from behind the stands. ANNABETH WAS KISSING PERCY! And it looked like he was kissing back. I started to cry and Percy heard. "Y/n, this isn't what it looks like. Come back." He called but I was already on my way to the tree. "HOW COULD YOU!" I yelled at Annabeth when I turned around. I broke into a sprint and scaled the tree in 30 seconds, got the rope tied up, and put it around my neck. Goodbye.
