I was running, running for my life. A manticore broke into my house and killed my m/p (mortal parent). I took off running and ran to me best friend Frank's house. I'm still running, but I finally made it there and opened the door to find Frank about to leave. "Y/n, what are you doing here...and why are you out of breath?" "No time to explain, we have to get out of here, NOW!" I yelled and grabbed Frank's hand. We ran out the back door and into the woods, where we found a pack of wolves waiting for us. The one in the middle looked oddly familiar. "Luna?" I questioned, with Frank giving me an strange look. "Yes, my dear children. You must follow me if you want to live." Luna said and took of running. Frank and I looked at each other, smiled, and took of running. I think that was the moment I knew, Frank and I were going to become even closer friends. And we did!
