Life Saver (Nico x reader)

Bullied. That's my life in one word. I was bullied in school for being a freak and seeing things others couldn't. When I got to camp, I thought it would end. But I was so wrong. When I found out my mom was Aphrodite, I thought it must have been a mistake. I was about as tomboy as you could get. I even thought about switching genders for a while, but my dad wouldn't let me. Even he said I was a mistake and if I want born, my mom would still be here. He beat me every day, and o got beat up at school. Every time I tried to fight back, I would get in trouble because people said I started it. "GET UP YOU LAZY PIECE OF TRASH!" Was all I heard before a hairbrush hit me on the head. Drew was at the bottom of my bunk tapping her foot impatiently waiting for me to get up. "We're going to breakfast so cleanup the cabin." I got out of bed and got dressed when they left, and started on my work.
Le time skip
"You're worthless and stupid and you're lucky we haven't disowned you yet." Drew said while kicking me against the wall. I wasn't strong enough to fight back because I barely ate. I wish Nico was here to help. He and I became friends the moment we met and he would always help me. I hand actually developed a small crush on him. My thoughts were interrupted by being dragged down to the basement and chained up to the wall. "I think it's time you died." Drew said as she picked up a dagger, covered it in poison, and slowly walked forward. She cut my cheeks, arms, and legs with the dagger while I screamed. As I was loosing consciousness I saw Drew put the dagger on the shelf and lock the door. "Nico" is all I managed to say before passing out.
Nico's POV
I was in my cabin listening to Demons by Imagine Dragons when I get someone's life force slipping away, and they were close. Then I heard it, a blood curdling scream so loud it hurt my eardrums. It was y/n! I ran to the Aphrodite cabin and broke the door open. "WHERE'S Y/N!" I yelled at Drew. "Where see belongs. In the basement dying." She said while smiling. "You're going to unlock the door now or I'll run my sword right through you and you can see how fun it is to bleed to death." I said deadly calm while I could feel y/n life force slipping away more. All Drew did was nod and unlock the door. I ran through and unhooked her from the wall. She was covered in cuts that were oozing green. I picked her up and ran as fast as I could to the infirmary. "WILL!" I shouted as he came running in. "Drew hurt y/n. She had her ch-chained t-to the w-wall. I-I think s-she i-is dy-dying." I couldn't say anything else. I broke down into a ball of tears and curled up in the corner. There was a flash of light and Apollo was here. He looked her over and worked some of his magic on her. "She'll be okay but she'll be out for some time." I heard him say to Chiron while I was, still, in the corner with red eyes. "Nico, she'll be okay. Why don't you go get something to eat." Chiron said to me. All I did was shake my head and go take the seat by y/n's bed. "Will, go get Nico food. He's gonna be here for a while." Chiron said as Will was leaving. I hope you're okay y/n. It wasn't until then that I realized, I love y/n.
One Week Later
Your POV
I woke up in the infirmary with Nico asleep in the chair next to me. He looked so cute with his hair all messed up and he looked like he hadn't slept in days. "Nico" he wouldn't wake up. Hey Nico" still out. There was one more option but he wouldn't like it. "HEY NICO WAKE UP!" I screamed in his ear. He woke up and drew his sword before realizing it was me. All of a sudden he dropped his sword and kissed me. On the lips. My eyes went wide once pulled back. "Oh my gods I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking I was just happy you're okay. I just ruined our friendship I'm rea-" I cut him off by kissing him this time. "You didn't ruin anything, Nico. I've always had a crush on you. I thought you didn't feel the same." I said once we stopped kissing. "What happened to me. All I remember is... DREW!" I screamed. I picked up my sword and ran to the cabin. The door was then kicked open for the second time this month. DREW, IM GONNA KILL YOU!" I yelled as I saw her on... MY BUNK! "GET OFF MY BUNK YOU PRISSY, NO GOOD, B****! GET DOWN YOU HERE SO I CAN TEAR YOU TO SHREDS!" By the time I was done yelling at her, Nico had restrained me and Drew looked terrified. I spent the next five minutes shouting profanities at Drew before Nico, Jason, Percy, Frank, and Leo dragged me to Nico's cabin and locked the door. "LET ME OUT!" I screamed at Nico. "Not until you calm down." Nico said as he sat me down on his bed. I curled up next to him and started to cry. We ended  up falling asleep curled up with each other.
