George's Pov

I was sat in a business meeting really tired. The meeting has been going on for three hours now, and we still couldn't come to an agreement. My legal representatives had just left for a minibreak , so all I had with me was my assistant. My guards were just outside the door, they are never too far away.

It's been almost five years now since my queen left me alone after spending a night together. To date I still think of things I could have done differently to keep her from leaving me. Everyone says I'll be fine, but I don't think I'll ever be who I use to be. I am just a shadow of my old self.

I rubbed both my hands over my face, then kicked myself for wandering elsewhere when I should be focused on the task in hand. "The meeting will commence in seven minutes." Came a voice broking me out of my worries. I looked up from the paper work in front of me.

I suddenly had a firm grip on my head because of an unexpected headache pounding non stop. I squeezed my eyes shut hoping it would help the pain subside. But then I heard the most angelic voice.

"Father". Hearing that my wolf purred then went into over drive. I remained silent to soak it all in. "Are you there?" The voice said again. This time I said something in return.

I knew who it was but I just wanted to make sure so I said. "Who are you?" I was now hoping she said what I needed and hoped to hear. But instead of her responding another angel spoke this time.

"We are your children although we've never met, we are incontestably your kids born of your blood." Said a proud voice. So they were twins? Hmm I thought. She has done well raising them he will make a good king. Before I could say more he continued, "We are in Monaco with mother, she has refused to call you and we don't know how long we can keep her here. So if you want to see us, you will have to come here as soon as possible." He finished.

"My mate your mother is in Monaco?" I asked them but didn't wait for an answer before I said " I am getting in a car as we speak please keep her there kids and know that I love you all."

What so she's in Monaco? I stood up from my seat abruptly then turned to my representatives and told them to finish up if the other side do not agree to our terms then the deal was off. I stood up running out. The guards immediately followed me towards the car as I mind linked them to call the airport and get my pilots there as well.

We were sat in our cars, Adrian was in the front seat next to my driver. So he turned his head slightly towards the back where I was and said. "Is something wrong your Majesty?" I didn't want the driver knowing my personal matters so I mind linked Adrian.

"We are going to Monaco, my mate is there with my kids." I just couldn't wipe the smile off my face. He jumped and turned towards me fully this time and said,

"How did you know?" He then mind linked knowing I wanted to keep it quiet for fear of the likes of Eric and Nolan finding them before me, you never know who is working with them.

"My son and daughter mind linked me while I was in the meeting. Don't ask me how they did it, but it was the best feeling in the world. I begged them to keep their mother there until we get there."

"George I am so happy for you right now I could fly". I just burst out laughing and then the tears started to flow. Thinking how grown up they sounded. "One we get on board I will brief the rest of the guards on what the plan is". He told me looking forward.

"Call Elise, find out if our bags are at the airport or at least close because if they are not there when we get to the airport, I am leaving without or without them." I told Adrian. And so he got on his phone to Elise while I tune out their conversation.
