A pounding headache forced me to screw my eyes closed tightly and groan aloud as I leaned my head forward into the sink. The soft snores of a unknown man could be heard in the room next to the bathroom I'm standing in. Lifting my head and opening my eyes, I stare at my bloodshot hues and pale complexion in the wide mirror.

Drugs did always have a side affect on me. Though, it makes me feel so much better at the end of the day. Smiling at myself and seeing my lipstick smeared around my lips, I rub my thumb lightly across the bottom lip to clean myself up. Peaking out from under my hair is a light red and blue bruise on top of my collar bone, letting me know that my partner had fun last night too.

Turning the water on, I washed my face clean and wiped it down with a towel. I pulled my hair behind my shoulder and rubbed the hicky lightly with my thumb pad and forefinger, grimacing at the slight pain. Coughing erupted from the bedroom of the hotel and I shut the water off to make sure the man didn't come looking for me.

"Riley?" Rolling my eyes out of annoyance for not remembering my name, I pretended to act like I was currently throwing up in the toilet. "Are you fine, babe? Want me to hold your hair?" I could hear the smirk on his voice with every word he spoke.

"No, no I'm fine! But could you grab my clothes? Please, baby?" I questioned feebly. The man got out of bed and collected my dress and heels as I still continued to spit into the toilet. He set the clothing in the doorway but stayed standing there waiting until I was done.

"Want to take a shower?" He asked and I finally took my head out of the bowl and gave him a glare. "No?" Groaning, I stood up and pushed his shoulder to make him move out of the bathroom before taking my stuff off the floor.

I dressed and tried to conceal the colored bruise on my neckline as best as possible before stepping out of the bathroom with shoes in hand. The man was gathering his clothes and getting ready to leave the room at the same time I was. I fixed my hair and went over to him to peck a kiss on his cheek for payment.

"It's Rainn," I corrected him once I handed him his shirt. "I'll be having a party soon. You will be there, right?" He smiled and nodded his head as I reached for the doorknob and opened the door. Outside was the sitting figure of Jared on the opposite side of the hallway.

"We need to talk. All of us," Jared glared at me then towards Martin and Julian who had no idea what the meeting was for. "Some of us have been promoting a bad figure towards the media. That will risk their career." Closing my eyes tightly, I waited till he was done talking about me without actually saying my name.

"Okay, no need to point fingers. I think we all know who," I responded holding up my hands and opening my eyes to see Jared giving me a death stare and Martin and Julian having a confused expression. "I'm sorry that I don't get to live! Just wanted to know how it felt again since I've been away for so long." I tapped my fingers on the edge of the table in the board room we sat in.

"You were in rehabilitation for a reason, Rain! To lose that feeling you desired everyday," Jared yelled with anger. "To fix everything that was wrong. To make you feel better." Gritting my teeth, I ran a hand through my hair to stay calm and not get angry at my manager.

"I was put there by you because you thought I was getting worse and you wanted me to fix what I wanted the most," I forced out between clenched teeth as I bounced my leg under the table. "To be honest, it didn't even help. I was still taking the drugs while I was there. There was no way of escaping it, Jared."

The room was quiet as everyone let my words hang in the air for a few seconds before Martin spoke up for me. It was a soft whisper but I could faintly hear what he was saying under his breath.

"You don't need to defend me Martin. This is my problem, not yours." I said situating myself in the seat better. I could tell he was getting uncomfortable in this situation by the way he rubbed his fingers together. Julian was not looking any better as he sweated and pulled at his shirt.

"You made it mine when you signed those papers that bonded us together as a group. Maybe Jared is right," Martin started as he stared up at me. "You need help." Silence once again hung in the air as I felt my anger boiling over and my hands turn white from my nails cutting into my skin.

"I need help?!" I yelled standing up from my seat. "You're blind! You all are! You are hiding behind a curtain, not ready to open it and see the real you on the other side where the mirror hangs. I have done that and seen who I must be and achieved it! I have no animal to hide inside me!" My rant ended with me staring down Martin who I knew would fight back.

"You talk about this animal, but have you actually noticed your own?" He was surprisingly calm as I remembered what happened not more than two months ago in Ibiza. "We're your friends, Rainn. We know when you need help." I slammed a fist down on the table and watched as everyone jumped.

"Your animal is no better, Martin! You're just too naive to realize you've been hurting me and making me this way. I would have not done drugs if you didn't feel the need to hurt me. I don't need your help or anyone else's!" I yelled ending the conversation with setting myself back down in my chair.

"We will be talking about this with Spinnin'."
