The test came out positive.  She was pregnant with Robin's child.  She couldn't believe it.  He was gone though, he left her for his supposed-to-be dead wife.

What a shock right?  She fell in love with someone and now she can't be with them, so hilarious, isn't it?

Regina was on her couch in her mansion looking at a photo album of when Henry was a little baby.

Henry was at the Charmings' loft, so she was alone.  The complete silence, other than subtle white noise, made the house seem to be haunted almost.  It was an eerie silence, that honestly creeped her out.  Every once in a while she could swear that she would hear random fluctuations in frequencies of the white noise.  She didn't like silence.  Of course everyone needs a bit of solitude now and then, but you need a balance between solitude and social activities.

Certainly, a sudden drop in social life can be quite scary.  The silence would sometimes really get to her, she would have nightmares about the walls closing in and terrifying monsters that peeled off the walls and jumped at her.  This was of course before Henry.

The silence was broken by a knock on the door.  She jumped at the sound.  Regina went to the door and answered it.  It was Snow.

"Hey, Regina."  She said offering a comforting smile.

"Hi, Snow."  She paused.  "What are you doing here?"

"I was just making sure you were alright."

   "Oh, I'm fine, really Snow."

"Regina I know you were in love with him and still are, I hate to see you like this."

Regina frowned.  "Why don't you take a seat?"  She moved aside to let her in.

Snow smiled and sat down on the couch. Regina went into the kitchen to get her a drink.

"Cider? Don't worry it's not my special this time, just plain old cider." Regina said and Snow nodded.

She poured Snow a glass. "Thank you." The photo album caught Snow's eye. She smiled, "You were looking at Henry's baby photos?" She asked rhetorically.

"Yeah."

Snow had noticed that Regina's stomach had seemed to have grown a bit. Was she pregnant? No, maybe it was just stress. She does eat of lot of Granny's and lasagna, it's not exactly healthy.

Regina face contorted. Oh God not again. She ran to the bathroom nearest to her and huddled over the toilet. She threw up what ever she could and Snow came rushing into the bathroom.

"Regina? Are you alright?" Besides the obvious.

Snow took Regina's hair and moved it out of the way, and she threw up again. Snow felt bad for her, she was actually kind of concerned, Regina hardly ever got sick, if at all.

"Did you catch something, like a stomach bug?"

Regina looked up at her, tears pouring down her face. Snow gave her a piece of toilet paper to wipe the...well...stuff off her face.

"No." She murmured.

It was a good two minutes before anyone spoke again. "What do you think it is?"

"Snow...please don't tell anyone this."

"Yes of course."

Regina took her hands and looked her in the eyes. "Not a soul." Snow nodded. "I-I." She sighed. "I'm pregnant."

Snows eyes lit up. "Regina!!! You're pregnant?!?!" Snow hugged nearly to death.

"Snow don't squeeze me, please." She said holding her stomach.

"Sorry." Snow grabbed her hands. "I'm just so happy for you. Why aren't you?"

"Because Robin is the father and he isn't here to take that place!" Regina shouted and it broke Snow's heart, she felt so bad for her.

"I'm so sorry, Regina. But I promise we'll get him back, Roland to." Snow reassured.

"How the hell do you plan to do that?"

"Hey, you're a part of the Charmings, we always find a way."

Regina smiled a bit, at the hope. "And hey, David, Emma, Henry, and I are here to help your through this. We are your family, Regina, we love you and care about you, and we don't want anything bad to ever happen to you."

Regina was crying again. "Thank you." She said and hugged Snow.

"Of course." Snow still held her hand. "And Regina." She said to get her attention. "I want to thank you for being an amazing mother to me, and Henry, and then you'll be such an amazing mother to your little one. And for being a friend to me, I know we used to hate each other, but I love you Regina, you've been such an incredible mother, friend, and a great part of my family."

"Ditto." Regina said and Snow burst out into laughter.

"And that's one of my favorite things about you is your humor."

"So you think I can find Robin and be a good mother to this child?"

"Oh I know you will, you will find Robin, and you'll be the best mother you can be to your child, Regina."

Regina smiled at her. "You wanna go look at some pictures of Henry?"

"Yes."

...

Snow was about to leave, when Regina grabbed her arm. "Please stay, I hate the silence."

"Ditto."

"It's only funny when I do it."

They both laughed and looked at Henry's baby photos. Then they watched the animated version of themselves.
