His wife was dying. If she didn't go over the line she'd die. Robin loved Regina so much though. He was romantically in love with her and with his wife he only loved her, not of romance. Roland seemed to be distant from Marian. Perhaps withdrawal is scaring him off.
"Daddy!" Roland shouted.
"What is it Roland?" He asked with tears in his eyes. He didn't want to let Regina go.
"I've been telling you! That's not mommy!" He exclaimed.
"Roland son, of course that's Marian." Robin assured.
"No! It's the Wicked Witch!"
Regina's brows furrowed. "Roland, money listen to your father-"
"Please Gina! I love you." Roland said and crashed into her with a hug as "Marian" continued to die.
"I-I love you too Roland, but-"
"But what sis. Y-You wouldn't l-leave meeee to die would you?" Zelena said shivering and dying.
"No." Regina whispered. "This can't be!" Robin wrapped Roland and Regina in his arms. He glared at the witch.
Robin got out of Regina's hold and went up to Zelena. "Have fun over the line, witch." Robin pushed her over the line.
"No!!! I will get you!!!" Zelena yelled. She was better now. They couldn't hear her though. "I'll get you Regina."
"Robi-". Regina tried to say but Robin kissed her fiercely. Roland scrunched his nose at the couple. He liked them together but he didn't like the kissing part.
"Ew! Kissing's gross!" Roland said.
The couple laughed in each other's arms. "Sorry but that's what couples do, Roland."
...
Robin and Regina laid in bed cuddling with each other. They didn't want to leave each other ever again.
"I love you." Robin said while he pushed a piece of hair out of Regina's face.
"And I you." She said and their lips met.
It was slow and passionate. Their kisses were full of love and they'd always end up mess with each other's hair or hands and just be silly.
"I cannot and will not ever leave you again." Robin promised as their fingers intertwined.
"You'd better not." She teased and kissed him once more.
And he never left her again. Over 5 months they got engaged and were anticipating their wedding.
And they lived happily ever after...
