Roland's P.O.V
A scary monkey tried to grab me and I screamed, "Daddy!" And daddy screamed, "Roland."
Then a pretty lady picked me up and kept me safe. She turned the scary monster into a stuffed animal. Daddy picked me up and thanked her. I wish I could have a mommy again.
The the pretty lady gave me the stuffed animal. I wish she was my mommy. "Thank you!" I said to her and she smiled.
"No need to worry about those flying monkeys, dear," she said.
...
Camp
Papa and Little John were talking about something and then I ran over with my stuffed monkey. Papa hugged me and I sat on his lap.
"Papa? Can I ask you something?"
"Yes, of course Roland," he said.
"Do you like the pretty lady?" I asked him.
"Roland you're going to have to be more specific," he said.
"The pretty lady that saved me papa!"
"Oh. The queen. Well sure she's definitely pretty, but-"
"But what?" I asked and then I asked, "Would you kiss her?"
"Uh, Roland son. I haven't officially met the lady. I've got to get to know a lady before I kiss her."
"Then get to know her and then kiss her!"
Papa sighed and then put his hand through his hair. Didn't he like her?

The Castle
Papa held my hand when we walked into the big castle. Some tall guy named Prince Charming and his pregnant wife named Snow talked to us. They were very friendly and nice. Then I saw the pretty lady again. He didn't look happy.
"What's wrong pretty lady?" I asked and pulled on her dress. He got down to my level.
"You're the little boy I saved aren't you? I'm fine and what did you call me?" She asked nicely.
"I called you pretty lady," I said.
She laughed and her cheeks got red. "Thank you....uh."
"Roland," my papa said. "I'm-"
"I know who you are," the pretty lady said sort of in a scary way.
My papa frowned. "And just what are you doing here, thief?"
"Helping."
...
"Your majesty!!!" I yelled and ran to the queen.
She turned around with a smile. "Roland! Hello my little knight," she said and I giggled.
"Can I tell you something?"
"Of course, what is it?" she asked and got down to my level.
"You are beauuuuutifullll." I said.
The queen smiled at me. "He's right about that." Daddy said while walking into the hall. Her face went again. She stood up and faced Daddy.
"Hello Sir Dimples," she said and Daddy laughed.
"Kiss her papa!!!!" I shouted because they were close.
The queen had a scared look on her face and Daddy smiled at her. Then he kissed her!
I jumped around and ran to Gina. "Yay!!!!" Gina picked me up.
Daddy smiled at her and she smiled back. "You guys are twue love!"
We all laughed and then ate supper with Snow, Prince Charming, and the dwarves.
