The Bombshell

Part 10: Regina's Pov

"It is real, isn't it?" I closed my eyes and awaited my sister's answer. I prayed for it not to be true, but a part of me wanted Zelena to know the unconditional love of a child. Just not Robin's child.

"Wipe that smug smile off your face and answer the damn question!" Emma snapped, forcing me to open my eyes just as Zelena's smile grew even bigger.

"What do you think? I may be a psychopathic bitch hell bent on ruining Regina's life, but even I wouldn't lie about this. Not to Robin." Oh my... she really did care about him; maybe she even loved him. It was strange seeing Zelena like this; she was almost vulnerable. I guess that's not that surprising since Emma was clutching her heart so tight that it could be crushed any moment.

"I think you're a vindictive skank who can't keep her hands off of other people's boyfriends!" I totally flipped. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but I couldn't hurt her either. Not while she was carrying my niece, or nephew, or evil demon spawn.

"Regina!" Robin and Emma both called out in unison; both of them sensing that if I didn't calm down soon, I would most definitely do something I would regret.

"This doesn't change anything Zelena. I still choose Regina, but I will also be there for our child." It stung; hearing him say that. Personally, I wanted nothing more to do with my sister, but as long as she remained pregnant and had this baby, she would always remain a part of our lives.

"I know." She replied. There was something in her voice however, that made me question her true motives once again. I didn't trust Zelena, and I doubted I ever would. "Now, can I please have my heart back?" She asked.

"Actually, I think I'll hold onto this." Emma replied as she and I hauled Zelena back into her rust bucket of a car.
