Song of the chapter is "Now or Never" from High School Musical 3 cause it sort of suits the situation and plus, I'd be lying if I would say that I didn't look at the opening scene of that movie for inspiration. Also since there's an ultra hot Zac Efron in the video, I'm game for the song ;) Video to the side:P

The crowd that night, it was full of adrenaline. It was the final match of the tournament, LA Lakers versus Boston Celtics. The Lakers were playing a home match, thus explaining the more than loud cheers for the Lakers. Even though the Celtics were playing as amazing a game as the Lakers, their number of supporters were fewer, as compared to the Lakers.

"GO LAKERS!"

"WE ALL LOVE YOU!"

A little more than half of the Staples Center was filled with Purple, Gold and White- the colors of the LA Lakers, while a little less than half of the place was filled with the Green, White, Black and Gold - colors of the Boston Celtics.

"CELTICS FOR CHAMPIONS!"

The match was about to end, and the Celtics leading with one, measly point. Even though it was just one point the Lakers, in spite of being one of the top teams, were losing their cool.

"GO FOR IT GUYS!"

Only three minutes were left in the game. The crowd was full of anticipation and the score wasn't helping the crowd control their excitement either. That was when a timeout was called by the coach of the Lakers, Jackson Brown.

"LAKERS ALL THE WAY!"

The Lakers team gathered around in a circle outside the basketball court; the cheers of the crowd seemed to have faded away as all the players trained their ears to whatever words were coming out of the coach's mouth.

"So guys, this is it," Coach Brown said with a clap of his hands. "We just have three minutes left in the game. It is a do or die. Three minutes to prove we are the real champions. Three minutes for this season to end. As you guys all know, the lead in this game has been shifting between our team and the Celtics quite frequently and that they're currently leading." He paused enough to glance around and notice his players fidgeting out of anticipation. "On the court, they are our biggest rivals and we cannot really afford to lose to them in this match, because this match today," he paused, "is what we have been working towards, all tournament. No pressure guys, keep your head cool and just play. Try not fouling at all, no matter how badly we want them to lose or more importantly, want us to win. We cannot afford to commit even a singly foul more now."

"Yeah guys, coach is absolutely correct," Kobe Ryder, who was the captain and played Forward for the team agreed. "All of you guys are playing well- only Bradford and Murphy need to control their aggression," he said passing a meaningful look towards Zac and Troy, who had sheepish expressions on each of their faces. "Even though we have fouled only once this game, we cannot afford to foul at this point of time," Kobe said seriously.

"Alright then," Zac agreed enthusiastically as he fist pumped the air. "Anything else, coach?"

"No. Now you can just go ahead with your thing," Jackson permitted Zac, taking a couple of steps back as he crossed his arms and gave the Lakers' players a fleeting, proud glance.

"What team?" Zac yelled, putting his arm forward in the middle of the circle, with his palm facing upwards.

"Lakers!"

Three minutes later both, each and every person who was rooting for the Lakers was cheering their throat off in celebration while the Celtics' supporters were slowly disappearing from the arena. As it had happened, the Lakers had won the final match of the season.
