" No! " I yelled as I ran to Anna's dying body. Pitch disappeared and the room plunged into darkness again.

" Anna, wake up, please wake up! " I exclaimed as I held her in my arms.

I cried as I clutched onto her, unable to let her go, " Please, don't die, you're the only family I have left. "

Then something strange happened, it was like Anna's body changed, her sleek figure turned into a muscular shape and her pig tails turned into short curls.

A door opened letting some light in the dark room. When light shone on us I looked down at Anna and screamed in horror.

I dropped the lifeless body and scooted away, Anna was no longer there, but a six foot muscular man with blonde curly hair had taken her place.

I heard a laugh from the door, " I remember the first time I saw that trick, freaked me out too, " a voice called.

I didn't respond, but just stared at the man, " I'm Hans by the way, now stop being such a baby and get up, " he said suddenly beside me and tugging on my arm.

I slapped his hand away and got to my feet, " Where is my sister? " I demanded.

" I have no idea, I have been looking for her, but she's a hard girl to find, " Hans answered.

" What was all that? " I asked, referring to the changing of my sister into a huge man.

" Oh, that? " He asked, like it was no big deal, " That was just a simple cloaking spell, Pitch knew that the only way to get to you was through your sister, but since she seemed to fall off the face of the Earth, he made his guy look like your sister to get what he wanted. And I must say it worked like a charm. "

I let of a sigh of relief, at least they couldn't find Anna, that means she must be safe at the castle.

Anna

" Do you want any more? " Kristoff asked me.

I looked at the pot of stew that he was scooping more into his bowl, " No thank you, I'm fine for now, " I said politely and smiled.

" Okay, " He said and shrugged, he came back to join me by Sven, " So what is it like being a princess? "

" Not as good as you'd think, " I answered, sighing.

" Oh come on, what could possibly be so bad about having everything you could ever think of? " He asked.

I looked at him, " Happiness doesn't always come with money. "

He looked like he suddenly understood as Sven came and sat down beside him.

" Anyways, " I said shaking off the rather sad conversation, " What is there to do around here? "

Kristoff laughed, " Not much, especially with a blizzard outside. "

I thought for a moment, " Do you wanna build a snowman? "

I smiled at him and he returned it, I started running to the entrance of the cave and Kristoff and Sven followed closely behind.

We made the snowballs close to the cave to make sure we didn't get lost in the snowstorm. We rolled them inside the cave and started to assemble them. The two that I made were an oval shape while the one Kristoff made was horribly mangled.

I laughed at the weird shape and he pretended to be hurt. We found some sticks and rocks in the cave to give him arms, eyes, buttons and a mouth, while Sven fetched a carrot for his nose.

We did the finishing touches on him and stepped back to admire him.

We were both pleased at the job we did and went back to enjoy the warm comfort of the fire.

We followed the trails left from Hans and his men and made our way up the mountains.

The storm had almost completely died down, spare snowflakes were twirling around the air.

Almost everyone was shivering, except for Hiccup and I, who weren't terribly bothered by the weather.

The trails seemed to go on forever, and our pace was much slower since we were on foot opposed to horse.

" How much further? " Rapunzel suddenly called out, she was looking a little bit blue, which I assumed wasn't healthy for normal humans.

I used my staff to fly up into the air and look ahead, " I don't see anything yet, " I called from the air above.

" Look more! " Shouted Merida.

I peered around the trees hoping to find some sort of sign of civilization, but saw nothing. I slowly started to descend back to the ground when a flicker of light caught my eye.

I squinted and saw what looked like a door or possibly a building of some sort.

" Wait! I see something! " I exclaimed, I made sure I remembered approximately where it was and then dropped down to the ground, " It's not too much farther, " I said trying to encourage them.

They seemed to perk up after that and our pace quickened.

After about ten more minutes or so we arrived at where I saw the light, the footprints seemed to mysteriously disappeared, leaving everyone staring at me.

The tracks ended at the bottom of a cliff that had to be at least 50 feet tall.

" I promise you the light was right here, " I said trying to convince them.

They all looked defeated and I couldn't help but feel that it was all my fault.

We turned around and started in the other direction, when a loud crack boomed from inside the cliff.

We quickly ran for cover in the trees and waited to see what would happen next. There was a quiver in the ground and part of the rock started to open up.

We made sure we were out of sight when light started to shine through the entry. The door opened to a 90 degree angle and out stepped the last person I wanted to see...

Pitch Black.
