Some Things Never Change

Some things never change.

Some people never change.

You, me & them;

We never change.

We often say we will,

But these thoughts run down the hill.

We often overthink,

And our teary eyes blink.

Our attitude is what takes us down;

And we indulge ourselves into becoming clown.

All my life I keep thinking,

Until my happiness is sinking.

Sometimes I even ask myself,

Is it necessary to stack our lives;

With hatred like a book shelf?

The answer is never clear,

And a layer of fakeness is what we wear.

Sometimes I try to change myself,

But my thoughts tell me not to.

Reality is what we don't understand.,

In this type of unreal land.

Let our lives take us where it wants,

There's no need to change.

I don't need to change.

I don't want to change.

For others,

We will never change.

Some things never change,

Some people never change.
