Every writer experiences writers block once in a while. If you don't then you must be some kind of hybrid alien author!

Anyways, it's totally normal to feel discouraged from time to time. I mean, even if it's after writing just one chapter or one paragraph.

1. Take a day break. Let your creative juices rest up and after a day you'll feel fuelled up to continue writing.

2. Read. Usually reading another book or whatever helps your mind relax and sometimes gain new fresh ideas!

3. Continue writing. Okay this one is a bit tricky because sometimes you need to write more often to cure writers block. You need to get into a habit of writing daily - so as to keep the block on a minimum.

4. This one is easy. Focus on some thing else for a few days. It's best to just not write or read for a max of three days so your body and mind can chill out. Watch some TV, play sports, go swimming, bake or whatever you like. Give your brain a chill moment.

In my opinion, I think writers block can be good for all of us. I mean it helps you gather your mind and ideas so you can prepare more.

So don't panic! Just follow the above advice and you'll be writing in no time.

Happy writing :)
