Chapter 2

I woke up right when the bell rang. I was in a completely different school. Heck, I was in a completely different state! Instead of my sweet home in Tampa, Florida, I was in Los Angles, California! I got up from my seat and went to find Noah. I could explore later. Noah was standing next to a black Mercedes when I found him. He smiled and told me that this was my new car.

So, definitely different then my old pick up truck! He gave me instructions to my "house" and a list of people who were my temporary family, and some of my friends. This was some of the info I got: mom and dad are lawyers, I am an only child, my best friend is Emma, I live in a mansion, I come from a very rich family, I live with my mom because my parents are divorced, I have two dogs, three cats and a horse named Scarlet, I go to an expensive private school near the beach, and I'm a star student, I am a competitive archer(got excited when I saw that one) that has four world titles, and my boyfriend is obviously Noah. I was already liking this reality. Seems like I got an easy life. I drove to the address on the paper, and was shocked. This couldn't be right, or could it? I knocked on the door and a maid answered. She seemed nice. It had to be the right place,because when she saw my she pulled me into a big hug. "Cat, I was getting so worried! What took you so long to get home?" I looked at her for a minute. "Well, it's the last day of school,so I had to say goodbye to a few friends." She nodded. "I understand. Now go clean up and get ready for dinner." I smiled and went up to my room. So, I guess my mom is very busy. The maid loves me like I'm her child. I wish I knew more about my history. I text Noah asking if he had anymore info about this family.He didn't respond, so I went to find the maid. I wish I knew her name. Right when I got downstairs the door swung open. "JULIE!" the lady screamed. She saw me and kissed my head. Then she went to find Julie the nanny. I assumed she was my mom. I followed her and we ended up in the dining room. We had dinner and I helped Julie with the dishes. After that I went into the movie room and started to text Noah. He had answered while I was at dinner saying he had no more information. I then thanked him and went to get to know my mom. When I went to her office, she had papers everywhere, and looked stressed.I went up to her and asked if I could help. She smiled and hugged me."I would love it if you'd help me, but you should go find something fun to do. Maybe go for a swim? Play tennis, ride your horse, take the golf cart for a spin?" I nodded. "Swimming sounds good. Can I have Noah over?" She agreed, so I went to text Noah.
