Being the new girl isn't exactly new to me so I have no idea why it I'm so scared for my first day of school. It was just last week when I moved into my new house and everything was totally fine, unlike now.

New houses, one of my least favorite things. All of them being different and as soon as I get used to them, we move again. Mom and Dad say this time is going to be different but I don't believe a word they say. They can go on and on about how they won't move again but we all know that they go where ever the military sends them; and my brother, who's following in their footsteps, is totally fine with it.

As I walk into my new room, my mood suddenly picks up. It's larger than most of the other rooms I've had and has a sort of homey feel. The walls are painted a sky blue with one wall thats totally black. It's compelety fernished with white wood peices. On the edge of a blue and black wall sit my bed and a nightstand perched beside it. Across the room sit my new desk and a bookshelf on the wall next to it.

It was a pleasant suprise. Normally my walls are all white and bare but these had picture frames, mostly all empty, hanging all around just waiting to be filled. It was the first time I was actually looking forward to a new place.

"So I see you started moving in already."

Why do brothers always have to sneak up on you? "Yes, Tristan, now don't you have unpacking to do?"

"Come on lighten up, Sasha. Mom and Dad have been promised to stay here for 3 years. You get to finish highschool here, give the place a chance."

"Ugggh fine. Wait, did you say 3 years? As in the longest we've ever stayed in one place?"

"Yeah, now start unpacking, we've got a lot of stuff to do and school starts for you next week."

He ruffles my hair and quickly leaves to go who knows where. Man I hate when he does that. I hate having dirty blonde hair in the way of my eyes. Going over to the mirror, I see the same thing I do every day. This weak looking girl with big green eyes looking back at me. Her long hair in soft waves and standing only 5'3". She looks like she can be knocked down with one breath.

The rest of my family on the other hand is the complete opposite. Everyone of them is tall and extremely built up. With their sheak brown hair and blue eyes, I swear I'm adopted.

Tristan always has girls falling all over him but he couldn't give a care in the world. His life revolves around the military along with my parents. Sometimes I think they care more about their jobs than me, and most of the time, I'm right.

But now, it's time to start my first day at Crestview High...
