*Six months later*

A floorboard creaks menacingly.

I know I must keep very still in the supply closet while I wait for Shawn to discover my fabulous hiding spot.

I cringe as I hear footsteps passing by the doorway. A breath escapes my lips as the steps fade away, but quicker than I expected, the door is flung open and a tall, broad figure fills the doorway.

"Gotcha!" Shawn shouts, swiping at my t-shirt with a gorilla-long arm.

Squealing, I tumble to the side and speed-crawl through his legs, catching him off guard.

I scramble to my feet and side step another of his reaches for me, but he's too quick this time: he grabs my arm and pulls me into his chest.

I giggle, slamming us both into the nearest wall.

"Coming out of the closet, are we Sky?" asks Shawn, smirking.

"Shut up."

"Only if you make me." He winks seductively.

"I hate you, you know that?"

"I love you, you know that?"

"Feeling's not mutual."

"You're a horrible liar."

"You knew that since the moment I tried to pretend I didn't have a crush on you."

He laughs at this, breaking up our romantic argument. "Let's go find Tyler, Aaliyah, Kylie and Zac shall we?"

"I know where Tyler is..." I say, grabbing his hand and pulling him down my hallway.

"And chances are that Aaliyah is no doubt wherever he is." Shawn finishes, grinning broadly. "She's obsessed with him."

I dart into Zac's bedroom and use the show rack to climb on top of the closet.

Tyler is curled in the corner, his blonde hair brushing the ceiling, his legs shaking with the effort of holding his body up. Aaliyah is on his back, her hand covering his mouth. Obviously he was being too noisy for her. Her other hand grips his tightly, her tiny body pressed to his muscular back.

"You're out!" I exclaim, slapping Tyler's knee.

"Dammit," he utters and Aaliyah shrieks happily as he hurls himself down onto the bed and scrabbles to his feet, Aaliyah's arms wrapped around him like vices.

I crawl down after them and land with a thud on the carpet. "You know this house too well," Tyler whines like a five year old who was just denied candy.

"Anyone have any idea where Zac and his girlfriend are?"

"No, but wherever they are, they're probably making out," Tyler smirks, nudging my shoulder and wiggling his eyebrows.

I shove him, making him laugh harder.

"Yo bro, stop flirting with my girlfriend!" Shawn jokes, prying Aaliyah off him and jumping on Tyler playfully.

They both start rolling on the floor like little kids wrestling, scrabbling for arms and legs, laughing their heads off.

Seven months ago, Shawn's comment would have been three hundred percent serious, but today, there could not possibly have been any more playfulness in his statement. They really love hanging out and I'm glad I've brought the two boys together.
