Jacks house at the cape

5 hours later

Jack held the door open for Jackie and Patrick as they walked into the kitchen

"Jacks, jacks, jacks" Mia called running into the kitchen and into Jacks arms.

" I am so glad your finally home I missed you" Mia said kissing Jack deeply.

Jack was embassared with Mia throwing herself at him in front of Jackie

Jackie being Jackie on the other hand wasn't embassared but she was annoyed she cleared her throat rather loudly.

"Oh we have company"? Mia asked jumping outta jack's arms

"yes, sweetheart, Jackie and the kids are going to stay here for the next couple of days" jack said.

"oh, I see" Mia said

All of the sudden all of Bobby's, Eunice's, Jeans, and Teddy's kids along with parents and Kick, Joe Jr. Rosemary, Ethel, and Rose all jumped out from the living room, screaming "welcome home Patrick"!

David, Kerry, and Maria had little punkiums in their hands and paint, while Chris, William, Stephen had balloons and candy throwing it at Patrick.

Bobby, Anthony and Timothy all had pizza boxes in their arms, Mark, Edward Jr, Kara, Michael and Joseph had party hats and horns giving them to everyone, David, Christopher and Courtney had ice cream and all the toppings along with spoons and bowls in 3 huge purple boxes, Max, Kathleen, Douglas, Kerry, Christopher, and Max all had pictures and cards that they made for Patrick, each handing them the ones they made him and than giving him hugs and kisses, finally his siblings also steeped forward with cards and little matchbox race cars, each handing them to him and giving him kisses and hugs, Bella and Caroline fighting over who got to hold him first.

John was beaming and saying "he was so glad his baby brother was home"

with all of the party finally starting, Mia had rolled her eyes and left the kitchen, Jackie was also overwhelmed, but was just so happy that Patrick had so many people who loved him!

After getting Patrick some strawberry ice cream and making sure he was ok with Ethel, Jackie found her way out into the night and at the edge of the water.

That is where Jack found her a few minutes after he had watched her kiss Patrick and snucked out the back door.

August 2012

Jacks p.o.v

Jack had finally decided to not go on his mini vacation to Carpi, but their marriage was anything but hectic right now, with Patricks' due date 5 days away and not being able to talk to her husband, Jackie had decided to pack up the children and went to Glen Ora for the weekend.

Unfortunately, this weekend and the stupid thing Jack Kennedy decided to do was the end of the Kennedys peaceful life they had grown to love.

One stupid drunken mistake, is how he described to Bobby when he finally decided to talk about what happened 2 months later. He had decided to go out with his pals Kenny and Lem to a strip club in Boston, there he had got so drunk, more drunk than he had ever been in his life and there is where he was asked by a red headed beauty if he wanted to go back to her place. he knew in his heart of hearts to say no, that this woud be the breaking point for his beautiful wife Jackie, the whole time they had been married he had never cheated or thought about cheating until that awful night , he kept telling himself that Jackie would never know and that it was her fault anyways for not letting him o on his vacation....those were the reasons that were in his mind when he made the biggest mistake of his life!
