Jack turned away from the door and made his way over to the hospital bed, gathering Patrick into his arms and patting his back he started whispering to him "that everything will be ok, he will get sort everything out".

Patrick looked up at him with tears in eyes and asked "I love you daddy, but who's gonna take care of me, John, Caroline and Arabella"?

John looked down at him with tears in his eyes " buddy I promise your mummy will be back soon and she will always take care of you, but I am also here and I will take care of you too".

"But daddy, you don't live with and your never around" Patrick cried

Jack felt really bad " I know I haven't been around very much these last three years especially but I am trying to fix that" Jack said.

"Daddy, why don't you love us anymore" Patrick asked

"Patrick l, I have always loved you and your brother and sisters, I just got very mad at your mummy over stupid things and did some really bad things to all of you, but I am going to try my hardest to fix all of that" Jack said, kissing the top of Patricks head.

The door slowly opened again and in walked Ethel, Bobby and Arabella, Bobby sat down in the chair closer to the door, Ethel stood behind him, while Bella ran to the bed and hugged Patrick, sitting down in Jacks lap, she than looked around the small room and couldn't find her mummy!

"Where is mummy" ?
she asked

"The police officers took her away" Patrick cried throwing himself back into Jacks side.

"What is he talking about, jack"? Bobby asked. Jack sighed and said, "apparently Mia and Jackie got into a fight and than Mia is apparently missing and called the cops on Jackie for abuse".

Ethel gasped and grabbed onto Bobbys shoulder for support "Bobby last night you had Mia kicked out of here before something happened now this happened, what are you and Jack going to do now"? Ethel asked

"Well were not just going to sit here" Jack said jumping up from the bed

"Come on Bobby, we got to go get Jackie put of jail" Jack said running out of the door.

"Of course Jack, I an right behind you" Bobby said, he than kissed Ethel on the check and said " Ethie, can you stay here with the kids", "of course I will" Ethel said , "good we will be back soon, love you" Bobby called over his shoulder as he ran out the door. Ethel called out "please be careful and I love you".

"You know what" ?Patrick asked turning towards bella.

"No what" ?Bella asked

"Daddy said that he was going to start being around more" Patrick squealed

"Really"? Bella asked with a smile.

"Yup, he said he loved mummy too" Patrick said

"Maybe, mummy and daddy, will get back together" Bella sighed as she laid back onto the pillow on the bed.

"We can finally be a family" Patrick said as he laid down by his sister.

Ethel couldn't help but smile as she overheard what the kids were talking about.

Ethel slowly got up from the chair she was sitting on and made her way over to the bed and sitting down on the bed she than laid back by Bella as all three of them cuddled into each other and fell asleep.

The Boston Police Department, were the words on the thick brown door Jack and Bobby opened and walked through.

"So where is she" Bobby asked Jack

"Not sure, I for one ain't never been here, can't say that about you little brother" Jack said smiling

"No, no we all know that was Teddy when he punched that girl in the nose at that party" Bobby said

"Ya, ya whatever you say" Jack said
As the brothers made their way over to the desk where sat a middle aged woman with orange hair, she looked up from the white clipboard she was looking at " how may I help ya"? She asked

"Were here to see what we need to do to bail a Jackie bouvier out of jail" Bobby said.

"Oh the trouble maker" The woman said

"Let's see here" she said looking down at the clipboard once more

"Her bail is 25,000 dollars and she has a court date in a week" the woman said.

"Ok thanks" Jack said

Jack and Bobby looked at each other, "Do you have that much right now"? Bobby asked.

"I don't think I do right now, do you?" Jack asked

"Nope " Bobby asked "but I know who does"

"Ya I know he does" Jack said pulling out Jackie's cell phone from his shorts pocket and dailing his father number. on the 3rd ring Joe sr's voice could be heard over the phone.

"Hello" Joe bellowed

"Hello, father, how ya doing today"? Jack asked

"Very well, and uh Jack what is wrong" Joe asked

"Jackie is in jail, dad, her and mia got into a fight and we'll Jackie got arrested" Jack said.

"What"? Joe asked "I told you Jack, that Mia was trouble and to get rid of her".

"I know dad, and I am trying to, I am going to try and be with Jackie again. Well if she will have me again" Jack said

"Well you better hope she does, I have always loved Jackie and miss her" Joe said

"I know dad, so I was wondering if you had the bail money to get jackie outta jail" Jack asked his father.

"How much" Joe asked

"Its 25,000 dollars" Jack said

"Ok its done, hand over the phone to whoever I need to talk to and get Jackie out of there now" Joe bellowed.

"Ok thanks dad" Jack exclaimed as he handed the phone over to the woman with the orange hair.

A few seconds after the woman and Joe hung up and she handed the phone back to jack, she than pressed the red button on the wall and a grouchy sounding voice could be heard over the intercom "ya" the voice asked?

"Jackie bouvier just posted bail bring her up front" the woman shouted.

"Awe man, she's a hottie, gonna miss that sweet sexy body" the man was saying

Jack was getting angry at the words the man was saying about his Jackie, the gate opened behind the woman and out walked Jackie.

"Finally let's get out of here" Bobby said as he grabbed Jackie's and Jacks hands.

As they were walking down the sidewalk in the warm sunshine, Bobby had let go of their hands and led the way back to Jacks car, while Jackie looked at Jack and said "thanks for getting me outta that place".

"Your welcome, my uh dad paid your bail, he still loves you" Jack said

Jackie smiled and said " and I still love grandpa, I will somehow pay him back"

"I think if you remarry Jack that would be payment enough" Bobby said as he opened the drivers door of the car and ducked his head getting in behind the wheel.

Jack and Jackie was just speechless as they looked at each other and smiled, finally Jack opened the passenger door for jackie, after she got in the car, he closed the door and got into the backseat of the car.

"What time is it"? Jackie asked

"Its almost 4" Jack said

"Oh dear, please make it back to the hospital so I can give Patrick a kiss before they take him down to do chemo" Jackie said.

"No problem buckle up and hold on I will get you back there quicker than a hurricane" Bobby said as he started the car and threw it into drive, taking off down the black highway back to the hospital.
