Third Person Point of View
After a very long and stressful day, Charlie decided to distract her frazzled mind by going onto Twitter because it always seemed to calm her down. She knew it'd make her feel better if she released steam by talking to her internet friends. They always knew how to shine some light on her gloomy days.As she was about to type in her username, her cat, Tommo, brushed past her leg, distracting her from what she was doing. She bent over quickly to give him some attention, and then returned back to the computer screen.
She quickly finished typing in her password and eagerly clicked login.
Once the page loaded, her green eyes scanned her newsfeed and she immediately noticed something was wrong.
A few of the tweets she came across belonged to people she didn't follow or recognize. Even though they were very relatable, and she definitely wouldn't mind following them, she knew she hadn't done so already.
Strike one.
The next thing she noticed was how many notifications and messages she had. The amount was incredible and far more than she'd ever imagine. There was no way that one person could accumulate this amount of attention from others.
Strike two.
Without looking at any of the notifications or messages, she proceeded to do what seemed to be the most rational thing -- check her profile.
Or what she thought was her profile.
Where there should be a profile picture of her smiling like a dork, there was a guy with dark hair and a bass in hand.
Where there should be her boring and unsophisticated bio, there was a smart and sarcastic one.
And last but not least, where her name should be, there was another -- Calum Hood.
Strike three.
