Niall:

“Goddamn it Niall, you’re burning it”, Harry’s voice was snapping over my shoulder, and soon his hands were pushing me away from the stove.

“It’s not like I haven’t done this before”, I whined, looking down at the noodles that looked perfect to me. Harry just sighed, and I let him take my place.

“Every time we try to do something nice”, Zayn said, sitting by the table with his chin supported up by his hands. I giggled at him, sticking my tongue out. It was one of those evenings none of us had anything to do, so we decided to have a bonding-dinner just the five of us. “Let him cook the noodles Harry”, Zayn sighed, trying to fight for my cooking rights.

“Would you like dinner or not?”, Harry said, turning around looking at Zayn.

“It’s fine”, I said, and was about to sit down as well. Harry could cook the stupid noodles, I didn’t care. The front door clicked in the hall, and we were joined by a fourth member. I looked at Zayn, and he looked at me. Just one second passed as we listened to the footsteps, and then we both grinned.

“Louis”, we cooed at the same time. We guessed right each time playing this game, knowing who walk through the door just by listening. Seconds later Louis appeared in the doorframe, and I exchanged a well earned high five with Zayn.

“Evening”, Louis grinned at us, out of breath it seemed like. He had a handful of shopping bags in his hand.

“Been shopping?”, Zayn asked him. Louis put the bags down, and took a seat next to me.

“Smells nice”, he smiled, sniffing the air. Harry turned around with a smile on his face this time.

“Thank you very much”, he nodded. I just scoffed. Louis didn’t even ask, and put his hands  on the table, looking at me.

“You’ll never guess who I met out shopping just now”, he said. I cocked an eyebrow at him, and knew he was probably right. I’d never be able to guess.

“Alyssa March?”, I tried my luck. Zayn laughed from across the table. Louis shook his head.

“No… but close”, he smiled, sitting back in his chair.

“Megan Fox?”, Zayn suggested, joking of course.

“No”, Louis laughed.

“I know”, Harry said, and turned around, snapping his fingers. “You met Sair”.

“Five points to Harry”, Louis said, reaching out to bump his first with the dinner cook.

“What does she have to do with Alyssa March?”, Zayn giggled.

“You met Sair?”, I said, more concerned about that than Louis’ comparisons to Sair and Alyssa March.

“Yeah, strange right?”, Louis said, finding the coincidence almost as unbelievable as me. “She was looking at dresses”.

“She was looking at dresses?”, I said, thinking why the hell would she being doing that for? None of my business anyway.

“Yeah, so we started talking a little”, Louis said, and raised his brows at me. What was it now that he’d done?

“Ok?”.

“And I happened to mention the premiere tomorrow”. Oh crap.

“You did?”.

“I did”, Louis lowered his chin at me. “And Sair had no idea what I was talking about”.

“I thought she couldn’t come?”, Zayn said, and had caught on. I sighed, and stood up from my chair. I felt too uncomfortable sitting there and looking Louis in the eye. Even Harry had stopped humming from the stove. He was listening too.
