Niall:
The movie was great as I had thought it would be. The perfect action scenes, and the perfect close ups of Alyssa March. But it was just when the credits started to go that the real party began. Once the movie was done I was getting ready to leave when Harry pinched my shoulder as the lights came on.
“Niall”, he snapped, wanting my attention so bad he almost got every one else’s as well. But only almost. “Look, there she is”, he whispered, and pointed straight forward to someone in a long, blue dress. “That’s her”.
“Jesus, you’re right”, I mumbled back. People left their seats, while the host took the microphone. I didn’t hear what he was saying, but got to my feet as well, my eyes glued to the girl in blue up in front of the screen.
“Niall…”, Sair pulled my sleeve from the right.
“Just a second”, I mumbled back, not even looking at her.
“But we have to go, everyone’s leaving”, Sair’s voice said, her hand still on my sleeve. Alyssa March was standing with her back towards me. I just wished for her to turn around the slightest so I could see her face. “Niall”, Sair hissed. I sighed, and looked down at her.
“What is it?”.
“Everyone’s leaving”, she repeated, and now I understood she was right. The auditorium was being emptied. I started to move with the crowd, but sent a quick glance back in Ms. March’s direction. But she was gone.
“Damn it”, I mumbled, cursing under my breath. Sair sent me a questioning, still a little nervous look, but she didn’t get an answer. Soon were let into the main party, and the bar had already opened.
“Niall, Sair!”, Liam called our names, waving us from the counter.
“Come on”, I said, pulling Sair along until we reached the others.
“Did you get a closer look?”, Harry whispered to me. He’d already ordered a drink.
“No, she went away before I could”, I mumbled back, and put my palms on the counter. “A pint please and…”, I looked at Sair. “Would you like anything love?”. She was nervous.
“No thanks”, her answer was absentminded, and her eyes were elsewhere. “I don’t drink”, she then added.
“Just a pint and a water then”, I said back to the bartender.
“Pints already?”, Zayn giggled at me, bumping my shoulder. “You sure are something”. But before I could shoot back a comment on that, Zayn’s name was called by someone in the crowd. The last thing I saw was him hurrying away, and my guess was that he’d seen Little Mix’s Perrie somewhere among the people. My pint, and Sair’s water was put on the counter. I couldn’t deny it, the way she sipped it nervously told me she wasn’t too confident about the whole thing. I sighed, and put my arm on her shoulder.
“So, did you like the movie?”, I asked. I knew she was nervous, and I knew I’d again acted like an idiot not taking good care of her. Sair nodded to the movie question.
“It was good”, she said, a little absentminded. I giggled, licking my lips.
“I didn’t really pay attention either”, I winked, squeezing her shoulder. She gave me a grateful smile for that squeeze. “You’re not nervous, are you?”, I whispered, bending closer to her hear. If I was lucky, it would make her blush again. Sair was about to answer, when her mouth just hung open, and her eyes were fixed on something behind my shoulder.
“Look”, she whispered. I turned around, slowly, and there she stood. Harry was in total shock, while Louis and Liam kept a lot calmer. Not that they didn’t stare as well. Alyssa March smiled at us, draped in her long blue dress. She reached out her hand to Harry first.
