Chapter 40

I bring the baby in her car seat into the bathroom with me while I shower. Since I'm scared to leave her to where I can't hear her even though tony would. While I'm finishing up I hear tony talking to Darcy.

"Hi baby girl I'm so glad you're finally here after 9 whole months of waiting and trouble I can finally hold you in my arms and talk to you and your mommy can sing to you, she has such a beautiful voice, and your aunt Allison is the best. You know I met your mommy on a plane. She had the prettiest eyes and I was in love right away, and I saw her with the little girl in front of us and I just imagined having a family with her. Now look we went from a small conversation on a plane to holding a baby in our own arms." He finished as I stepped out and turned off the water as I wrap a towel around me.

"Tony babe.... Can you watch her while I get dressed?" I asked right as soon as she starts fussing. Tony picks her up and I grab her.

"She's probably hungry." I say as I hold her and look at Tony and ask him to hold her as I slip my dress on real fast and them take her back before giving tony a look as to get out. I breast feed her then slipped my sleeve back on. I hand her to tony and ask him to watch her while I dry my hair.

"And she may need to be burped" I added as I went to dry my hair. I finish and bring her back to her car seat and set her on the counter while I do my hair. The doorbell rings and tony gets the door. It sounds like everyone is here at the same time. I grab the car seat and get in the elevator then go down. I exit the elevator as I see everyone laughing in the living room. As tony sees me.

"Hey babe! You're finally ready!" He exclaims as more laughter came.

" yeah and I look pretty damn good too" I said forgetting there were little kids in the room.

"Mommy what is damn?" Jessi asked as I blush with embarrassment.

"Jasmine!" Jessica said as I apologized and finally set down the car seat.

"Hey every one! We would like you to meet Darcy Anne Stark, the newest member of the stark family" I said as I held her in my arms.

"Ok so I've decided that 9 months was way too long of a wait" tony said as I slap his arm, or more like elbow it.

"Hey! Don't talk like that in front of kids" I say before whispering in his ear .

"But don't worry I under stand baby" I said as he smiled and I laughed. Finally my mom hugged tony and I and she looked at the baby who was wide awake and cooing.

"She has your eyes jazzy. My newest grand baby, jasmine I'm so proud of you, even after you were hurt by this guy you still decided to love him. And now y'all are happy together and I'm glad you are!" She said as we smiled and hung out with every one until they all left and I laid down darcy for her nap with me laying down and napping too.
