Emma Jenkins watched from a far window, standing on the outside looking in. Her lips pursed upwards in discuss as she watched Kratos sneak out the back. Does she have to do everything? Getting in her crappy beat up 1971 Ford Pinto, Emma drove off in a hurry, tires screeching, leaving tread marks. In a matter of minutes Emma was at her daughters' house. Putting the car into park, Emma reached under her seat were her pestle was lying. Placing it behind her back so that it was snugged between her skin and pants, Emma closed her door to walk towards the house. She noticed it was locked but that didn't matter for she had a spare key.

She instantly walked into her daughters room, Harmony was the only thing good in her life. Her baby did well for herself. In her eyes, Harmony was a perfect angel. Grabbing her pillow Emma smelled her sent. It smelled of summer flowers. Smiling, Emma hugged the pillow for a moment and then placed it back on her bed.

Walking towards the brat room, Camellia O'Neil or rather Roxy as she likes to be called. Emma instantly felt rage hating that she lived here. She didn't deserve to live with her baby! Seeing a pair of black scissors laying on top of the brat's desk, Emma smiled wickedly as a thought came to her. Taking the sharp edge and stabbing it into Roxy's pillow, Emma moved the scissors downwards so that it ripped. A giggle parted her lips as she finished destroying her bed. Material and feathers from the pillow and comforter were placed everywhere along the bed and floor. Next, Emma went to the brat's closet noticing her dad's jacket, Wyatt O'Neil, the love of her life. Emma stanched it off the hanger with rage. Her lips twitched at the sound of the scissors cutting the leather. Shreds of leather fell to the floor landing with a soft thud.

Hearing voices, Emma dropped the scissors along with the reaming fabric in her hands on the floor. Quickly moving towards the spare room that was more like an office, she hid behind the door, closing it softly so that they would not see her. She reached for her gun, turning the safety off, waiting in hopes of killing the brat. It was her way to make things right. Who knows, she might kill Jake Williams while she was at it. He meant nothing to her, an accident she never wanted. She cursed Kratos for making her have him. Harmony was the only child she truly wanted, her perfect daughter, born from the man she loved.

Harmony turned the knob noticing it was unlocked. "Camellia did you unlocked the door?"

Roxy shook her head 'no' while mumbling her name was Roxy. "I didn't make it that far. Shane and Noah were here before me. Maybe they did." Roxy shrugged.

Sadness tore through Harmony but anger washed it away just as quickly as it came. "Remind me to change the locks," she uttered softly.

Jake stood behind everyone shuffling his feet. "I'm sorry about what happened." He really did. There was nothing he could say to fix the damage he had caused, except leave.

"It wasn't your fault." Harmony stated firmly as if she was talking to a child. She was weeping inside; the look in his eyes told her that Jake had a hard life. She knew in her gut that she was making the right chose. Jake needed to live with them and be a part of their family like he was always meant to be.

Jake brushed his hands threw his hair. "It is, I could have spoken up. You guys don't have to wary about seeing me anymore." Jake started to turn, to leave but pausing when his half-sister spoke sharply.

Harmony cut him off. "Nonsense, you're here now and you're staying with us." Harmony's face turned a shade of pink when she realizes she spoke rather sharply, causing everyone laughed. "I mean if that is what you want." She smiled sheepishly.

A faint smile curved his lips. "Thanks, but I'll have to pass." He wished he could but quilt ate at him. Like the fact he tried to kidnap Roxy, even though he was under his father's orders.
