Hearing a soft thud as the front door shut, causing a, reverberate down the hallway. Roxy sighed when she heard Shane’s voice, Harmony’s boyfriend. Harmony met Shane Devereux a few weeks after the accident, three months ago. Harmony pushed him away but somehow he stayed, charming her with gifts and that annoying smile of his. Roxy gagged at the thought. Climbing out of bed, Roxy moved towards the door way, leaning against the dark frame, listening as they talked from the living-room.

“Harm dinner smells great,” Shane replied cheerfully.

“Dinner will be ready in five minutes,” Harmony stated following by giggles.

“We should move in together.” His voice was light and serious.

“I told you, we can’t right now……” Harmony stopped as Roxy walked into the living room. “Hey Cam, dinner will be done in a few minutes.” Harmony stepped out of Shane’s arms.

His eye flashed darkly before he quickly replaced it with a smile. “Hey Camellia”

“Roxy,” she mumbled. Ignoring Shane as he stared at her, Roxy walked towards the kitchen.

“Why don’t you two set the table?” Harmony suggested changing the topic. She bit the inside of her cheek, praying that tonight’s dinner would be better than the last ones.

Five minutes later the table was set and the food was placed in the middle of the table. Roxy remained silent as Harmony and her boyfriend chatted about nonsense. Everything was okay until the door swung open revealing NoahGrey. His short hair was jet black like his soul, Roxy mused. Noah wore a black leather jacket with a grey t-shirt underneath, while his blue jeans were baggy around his waist. But his eyes were hard as he stared at them with those Smoky grey eyes of his.

“Hey, everyone, sorry I am late.” He gushed as he entered the room to sit next to Roxy.

Everyone smiled expect Roxy who scooted her chair further away from him, making a low squealing sound against the tile floor. Roxy thought back to the first time she met Noah.

Answering the phone on the first ring, Roxy glanced at her toes, arching her back as she clipped her toe nails, “Hello.” She shifted so that the phone rested better on her shoulders as she continued to clip her toe nails.

“Cam, I need you to do me a favor.” Before Roxy could answer, Harmony continued. “I need you to go to Shane’s house and get my spare car keys. Can you do that for me?”

Sighing, “Yeah, sure, but how will I get there?”

“Drive your motorcycle.” Roxy could picture her rolling her eyes.

“You know I can’t do that.” Roxy grabbed her cell phone off her shoulder and tightening her hold around the phone.

With a deep sigh, “Roxy, please do this for me. I accidently lost my keys.”

“How do you accidently lose your keys?” Roxy chuckled.

“Just get my spare car keys, please.” There was shuffling on the other end of the phone.

Rolling her eyes, “Fine, but you owe me.” Roxy grumbled as she walked to the car garage.

Roxy stared at her bike, trailing her fingers over the seat. The soft fabric was soft to her touch. Roxy swung her leg over, setting down as she grabbed the handle bars. Closing her eyes, Roxy’s fingers tightened along the bars. Feeling her chest start to rise and fall at a rapid pace, Roxy quickly got off the bike, as if it was on fire. Leaning over, placing her hands on her thighs.
