Nicolette snuggled closer to Devon as they watched Toy Story Three in her room. As some people would say, all ends that ends well… at least for most people.
Nicolette and Devon was now an official couple, but they sure have a lot of up and downs. She had also remained a strong friendship with Skyler and Lillian, whom she still stays in contact with. Matthew had shocked her when he had announced that he was dating Lillian now, but thought they made a very cute couple. Devon had rebounded with his brother, and his parents had started to get back together again.
And then last but not least, there was Tessa and Jerome whom was convicted of attempted murder. They were staying in jail for a year and had to talk to a therapist daily. She couldn’t feel very bad for Tessa, but for Jerome, she had a bit more sympathy for. It seemed that he was a puppy dog that only followed its master, and that master was Tessa.
Who couldn’t wish for a happier ending?
“Hey, you want to go out for a snowball fight?” asked Devon, breaking out of Nicolette’s thoughts.
“Huh?” she asked looking towards Devon who was standing up, looking out of the window.
“Lillian, Vincent, Skyler, and Matthew are here.” he replied.
Nicolette glanced over his shoulder and saw the four figures waving at them. “Alright, let’s go then!” she replied smiling.
Within five minutes time, Devon and Nicolette were dressed and outside, dividing into two teams for a snowball fight. It was the two of them and Skyler against Lillian, Matthew, and Vincent.
“Alright, so here’s the plan,” whispered Devon, “Nicolette, you will build a snow fort for defenses, but me and Skyler will attack.”
She crossed her arms, “First of all, your grammar is completely wrong; it’s Skyler and I. And second of all, why am I building it? I should be attacking; they won’t expect a thing!” she exclaimed
Devon chuckled, “Too bad,” he replied before looking towards Skyler, “You ready?”
He nodded.
“Okay, let’s do this.”

To say that Nicolette’s team won was far from it, the funny thing is that they got toppled, so she decided to go in and help. It didn’t end up working so well because Devon who was moving backwards tripped over her, making him fall on top of her.
For a moment everything seems to cease and the world faded between the two of them. Nicolette smiled, before trying to get him off her. He didn’t budge.
“I want to hear the magic word,” said Devon softly.
She rolled her eyes, but laughed. “Please?”
“No, it has three words in them.”
Nicolette pursed her lips. What had three words that are so magical that would make him move off her?
Devon smiled, “Here, let me help you,” he mumbled before leaning in to kiss her.
When they broke apart, the three words came to her as if all she needed was a kiss from him to remember. “I love you.” she whispered.
“I love you too,” he whispered back.
