Percy POV
This war was definitely for the future of the mythological world. I smiled as I sat in my tent just thinking about everything that I have already changed. I have already helped Lycian protect the werewolves, and created a peace with them. I have also made peace with some of the Titans, including, Hyperion, Iapetus, Rhea, Phoebe, Themis, Oceanus (surprisingly), Prometheus, and many more. The only ones that didn't really want to join the peace was Atlas, and Kronos obviously. The world would definitely be different after this war. I smiled again, as I stood up, and stretched my back and my legs, though I wouldn't need my legs for what I was about to do. I stepped out of my tent, and suddenly my wings shot out and spread to their full length of nearly twenty-four feet. Today was going to be the day that I would test my powers from Zeus to their limit. I went up to the Artemis cabin, and knocked lightly. Phoebe (A/N sorry about the misspelling in the earlier chapters) answered groggily, probably because I woke her from her afternoon nap. I smiled, and when she saw my wings her eyes suddenly got really big, and I knew that she was awake at that point.
"Phoebe if you see Artemis, or Thalia, and they ask where I went. Tell them that I am going to go practice some of my powers out in the ocean so I don't hurt anyone." She nodded, and quickly closed the door. I nodded to myself, and flapped once to launch myself into the air. I loved the feeling of the air whipping in my face. I felt so free. This must be how the birds feel when they fly. I wanted to get far into the ocean so that I could use all of my powers at once, and not hurt anyone. When I was about two miles from shore, I stopped going forward, and just hovered over the water. This was a lot harder than I thought it would be, because I had to keep my body perfectly still so that I could get the most amount of lift from my wings. When I felt confident that I could keep hovering, even while using my powers, I summoned some water, and made it into a sphere. It was about the size of a baseball, but then I added some lighting, and I was amazed to see it almost dancing through the water. It was beautiful in a deadly kind of way. Still hovering in the air, I called more water from the ocean below me, and solidified it into a block of ice about a foot thick. I made it hover in front me. Then I threw the ball of water I had in my hand at the block. The explosion that followed was enormous. Throwing the ball had put me off balance anyway, but the explosion blew me back another thirty feet. Before I hit the water, I was able to correct my flight, and was able to hover above the water once again. I looked for where my block of ice had been, but I couldn't find it. I looked in the ocean below me, and I didn't see any ice there either. That definitely confused me, because I know that I hit the block of ice. I made another block of ice about the same thickness, but I put it about 50 feet away, that way it wouldn't blow me back as badly this time, then I made another ball of water, only this time I made it a lot smaller, like quarter sized, then added some electricity to it. I readied to pitch it again at the block, but this time I made sure to adjust how I flapped my wings so that I wouldn't be blown off balance. I threw the ball as hard as I could at the block, but this time I saw it hit, and let me tell you what. I was lucky to be alive if what I saw caused that. When the ball hit the block, the block literally exploded. However most of it vaporized on the spot, and the little bit that didn't exploded out almost all the way to me. I smiled that was definitely awesome. I knew that electricity was powerful, but I had never realized that it was ever that destructive. I summoned another block of ice, and I called lighting down to strike the block, and before it even had the chance to explode, it vaporized on the spot. This was definitely cool. To think that Thalia, and Jason both had this power. This would be great, because if one little ball of water and electricity could destroy that block of ice, I wonder how it would do against the armies that we would no doubt be facing. I summoned about twenty blocks of ice that surrounded me, and then I did my best to destroy them in the quickest time possible. I tried my best to summon the water from the air, which I was using in the water balls so that I could make sure that I may be able to use it in battle, even if I was nowhere a big source of water. To my surprise it was very easy to call water from the air, and to add the little bit of electricity needed to utterly destroy the blocks of ice I was using as targets. After about a minute and a half, all of the targets were destroyed, and I was surprised that I wasn't too tired yet. Before if I had tried to use my powers that much, I would have been so drained I probably wouldn't have been able to move, but now I felt like I could run a marathon, and still have the energy to fight. I decided right then, that I had had enough practice. I dropped to the ocean floor, and stepped onto the surface of the surf. I smiled, as I remembered the first time I had ran on the water. It was during the battle of Manhattan, and it was bloody, but it also was the end of the first war that I fought in. I took off sprinting towards the beach of Long Island sound. When I was closer, I saw someone waiting for me at the beach. When I was about a quarter of a mile away, I realized that it was Lycaon. I was curious what he wanted to talk about. When I stepped onto the beach, he was by myside in a second.
"Yes Lycaon, what can I do for you?" I said as I looked him over.
"Remember that you said you would use my pack to help the camp? They are growing increasingly restless, and it is time to send them out to do what you needed. I cannot guarantee everyone's safety if they are kept here much longer."
I nodded, and smiled, "Yes I agree. It is time for your pack to go out. However before I send you out, will you come with me to the council meeting that I will call in about thirty minutes. There I will get the gods to approve of what I have in mind, and also see if they can speed your mission any more. It would also show the peace of everyone, because it will be a meeting with everyone that has pledged their help, which includes you, the Titans, the Romans, the Amazons, and the head councilors. Also you may bring a couple of your top people, those that you put in charge if you are gone, because I will need their help to coordinate everything I have planned."
He nodded, and in a flash he was gone to prepare his wolves to move. I started walking toward my tent, so that I could get Artemis to get the other gods. When I got to the cabin, I knocked on the door, and Thalia answered it this time.
"Thalia, where is Artemis?"
"In the arena. Why?"
"There is going to be a meeting, and I need her to get the gods. Can you get the head councilors, and make sure all of them get to the arena, in about thirty min?"
She nodded, and started walking around to all the cabins, to make sure that every leader knew what was happening. I walked to where I knew the Titans were staying while they were here at camp. When I walked into the area, I heard Hyperion say, "Alright fellow titans, I know that you don't believe that these campers, are better than us, as well as the gods, but I don't know about any of you, but personally I am tired of fighting against them. We all know that Percy, is powerful enough to destroy any of us, and that he would. He has personally told me that he is also tired of fighting wars that are needless, and accomplish nothing. He has promised us his protection while we are here, and I believe that he will honor that."
When he had finished speaking, I stepped out of the shade that I was hiding under, and said, "Yes Hyperion, I will honor what I have said, I also know how you all feel like we are beneath you, and I can understand. You are the first children of Uranus and Gaea. You are extremely powerful, and we all know it." I could see many of them nodding after they got over their initial shock of me appearing. "This is why we must have this peace. We must be able to overlook past differences, and work together. This is why I have called a meeting with the gods, the cabin councilors, the titans, and the werewolves to discuss something of importance. The meeting will be in the arena, in twenty minutes, and I would appreciate it if most of you came. It would help show that all of us must work towards this peace, and be prepared to compromise."With that I turned around and left, and walked toward the arena. When I got there, I sat and waited patiently, I pulled made some fire-water. I made it form a dagger, then a sword, then a small dog, then a horse, I continued to create shapes, until everyone was standing around me. I nodded, to indicate to everyone that we were ready to start. When they nodded their agreement, I started talking.
"I need the werewolves to help the satyrs track down demigods, and get them to camp. On top of that," I started, and turned towards the Titans that were present. "We need you to find any demititans and get them here. Anyone have any questions?"
