Everything is fine

Everything is fine, but I'm not.
My smile and laugh tell you otherwise,
I'm so use to this fake game.
From one eye, I see the world through a lense,
That erase all the pains.
The other, see it as it is,
With all its suffering and dirt.
I suppose in this world of madness,
I was always looking for someone to complete me,
That would have the same view as me,
Of this place that seems alive,
Yet has lost its heartbeat.
A place deprived of love,
And devoid or humanity.

Now that I'm wiser,
And know I have only myself to count on,
I'll just keep on crying,
While having a smile on.
